New Android Application
The new Android application is definitely not an improvement. It is harder to use and more difficult to navigate. Plus, I have to endure advertisements even though I pay for AOL and have repeatedly specified no ads
Sorry to hear you don’t like the new Android App.
Here’s the overview of this app: https://help.aol.com/articles/Overview-of-the-updated-AOL-app-experience-for-Android
Also, please note that paying members only have ad-free experience on the web browser and the app is not included in this.

Aol staff cheating me sir, He told me and he give the offers for msc cruise ship company job vacancy..... He asked $500 usd for that job
Thank you for reaching out, sounds like you got in contact with a fake customer support number. AOL doesn’t provide cruises. In case you provided them with your card info, I would suggest that you contact your bank.

Why have I been shadow banned by AOL?
Could it be because just because I question your lack of free speech? Shame on you ALL AOL.
The members usually get banned for offensive words or if someone reported them and they got reported.

Remove the white box that opens up on AOL opening screen suggesting I use Internet explorer and make AOL my home page.
I have AOL as my opening page and use internet explorer. There is a white box that opens in the middle of the opening page suggesting to make AOL as opening program with internet explorer. This white box usually disappears after a few seconds but now it is not. I cannot sign on to AOL because the log in is gray. However, my AOL news and pictures are running behind this white box. Can someone check into this. I love aol and internet explorer as i have a library of favorite web sites that I use.
To add/remove as your home page you can follow the steps in this article: https://help.aol.com/articles/how-to-make-aol-com-your-home-page-in-windows-10

Phishing scams happen when you receive an email that looks like it came from a company you trust (like AOL), but is ultimately from a hacker trying to get your information.
Many times, these scams initiate from an unsolicited email. If you do end up getting any suspicious or fraudulent emails, make sure you immediately delete the message or mark it as spam.

We’d love to offer free phone support to everyone, however, free phone support is an expensive service to maintain for a free service.
Most free email providers do not have any option for phone support. We care about our users, and wanted to be able to have phone support for those who want the live agent experience, and have worked hard to put together a plan that has value for everyone in order to achieve that.

AOL news feed image/text sync problem continues with Firefox browser
In my experience, news feed problem described in an earlier posting has never been fixed since first reported in early 2019 and continues to be a problem to the present day.
The problem continues to occur with Windows 8.1 running Firefox 72.0 browser with AdBlock-Plus ad-blocker extension.
The problem does not occur on the same PC with Chrome browser and does not occur with Internet Explorer browser, both of which are also running AdBlock-Plus ad-blocker.Previous posting:
Fix the main news feed! The picture advances, the story doesn't!
The text remains and the pictures advance.
