1. CefSharp is killing my use of AOL. Get rid of it!!!!

   The CefSharp subprocesses are killing AOL, eating up computer memory and, so far as I can tell, adding nothing to AOL. If they don't fix it, I'll have to go elsewhere.

7. AOL HELP need correction

   Lost all my sound on AOL AOL HELP gives a phone number to call for support but is an outside company which charges for service . AOL needs to have free tech support as we already pay a monthly charge for service-- which by the way seems to have lessen in quality

11. Provide means to report a malfuntioning features on AOL Mail

    The AOL News, Weather, Entertainment feature on AOL Mail is malfunctioning on my desktop PC and there is no way to report this glitch to have it fixed. The "help site" does not address this issue nor does "send us an email".

17. LOST A CUSTOMER

    I am a verizon email now aol customer. Called for assistance due to the issue with having my Mac mail receiving my verizon AOL emails. I've been dealing with this for two days. Finally called AOL customer service and spoke to Joe. He took my name and email then listened to what I had to say. Next thing I know he tried to sell me technical support for $14.95. I just needed him to help me log in. AOL is doing this on purpose to sell their services. I am knowledgable with the computer and tried the port settings and server settings AOL recommends in order to migrate my email to my mac mail. As for Joe I said thanks but no thanks and told him I will be leaving AOL. Terrible service and company.

    I am a verizon email now aol customer. Called for assistance due to the issue with having my Mac mail receiving my verizon AOL emails. I've been dealing with this for two days. Finally called AOL customer service and spoke to Joe. He took my name and email then listened to what I had to say. Next thing I know he tried to sell me technical support for $14.95.     I have been going through this **** for days. I received your product/service through my Preferred Customer Statues with AOL.
    The past week I have had NOTHING but problems with System Mechanic. AOL cant/wont help me (even though they supplied it, they have NO CLUE !!! And I have to RE-Download program every Morning at sign-in.), SO... They send me to you, But, Your customer service S*CKS, the FREE articles you "lead" me to are Useless, and you wont talk/chat with me unless I purchase premium. I have been dealing with this all week , even HOURS on line WASTED. I have 24/7 Geek Squad ( who tells me too "DUMP YOU", I m also covered by Malwarebytes, and Webroot. So why do I need you ? I want some answers and solutions.. OVER THE PHONE , FROM A TECH before close of today ( 03/01/19 EST) OR YOU ARE HISTORY. a WEEK OF ALL THIS IS above WAY TOO MUCH HASSLE .AND IS NOT WORTH IT. 20. I stopped using MCAfee

    an upgrade of definition by McAfee decided my modem at that time was a virus and it wouldn't work. I had to using a restore point to get back online. I then found out that Microsoft has a free antivirus and firewall.
    So my membership included McAfee so I was paying for a service I wasn't getting.
