email on desktop take forever to load, and after a while, est. 3 mins to load the the message, it will ask if I want to use the std view to load.
What did you do over there when you were selling aol??

I NEED YOUR HELP. MY EMAIL ID WAS HACKED BY SOMEONE AND THAT HACKER IS CONSTANTLY MESSAGING MY CLIENTS USING YOUR EMAIL SERVICE. MY ID IS ***@yahoo.com and the hacker is using *****@aol.com . Please look into this matter and block that user so that he can't harm us in future. If you can't do that please let me know so that I can officially file complain.

Phone numbers?
There really should be a phone number for paid subscribers to call to voice their displeasure with the direction of AOL Desktop Gold. Every change that has been made to Gold has been another step towards duplicating AOL.com web page. I will say this: After being a paid subscriber for over 20 years, I will cancel my subscription the day after they change the AOL mail within desktop to match the web mail. CefSharp is killing my use of AOL. Get rid of it!!!!
The CefSharp subprocesses are killing AOL, eating up computer memory and, so far as I can tell, adding nothing to AOL. If they don't fix it, I'll have to go elsewhere.

I stopped using MCAfee
an upgrade of definition by McAfee decided my modem at that time was a virus and it wouldn't work. I had to using a restore point to get back online. I then found out that Microsoft has a free antivirus and firewall.

I want to delete aol from my computer but even the computer shops cannot, what the **** is wrong with just a place it says DELETE, or don't your queeks understand that, will never use it again and will let everyone on facebook know what a ****** out fit you are

Mail Bouncing Back or Never Received by me
AOL needs to be sure that I receive all e-mail sent to me. I have people telling me that the e-mail bounced back to them or I never receive their e-mails. I have been with AOL since 1999. Please fix this issue.

Every day every computer I have to click make AOL homepage. My settings are correct. does not help
There is a problem with the setting part off Make AOL my home page. Mine is set correctly and every time I log on to every Computer in the house it wants me to set it again and it will not let me do it It just stays the same. This has been going on for a while. AOL has always been my home page and never had any problem with that part before.

AOL HELP need correction
Lost all my sound on AOL AOL HELP gives a phone number to call for support but is an outside company which charges for service . AOL needs to have free tech support as we already pay a monthly charge for service-- which by the way seems to have lessen in quality
