WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THE PROBLEM...
IT'S GETTING SO BAD THAT IT'S VIRUTALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A POST ACCEPTED!
THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS POST!
WHY IS IT BEING HELD ******* FOR AN "APPROVAL"???
AND WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG... IF EVER... TO BE APPROVED???
Hold on, your comment is waiting for approval.

Consider this, Robert...
Workers... work for the company!
What possible benefit would it be for workers to antagonistically cause the company to suffer? That would be blatantly contradictory!
What's is contradictory... in fact it's the reason unions exist...
Is that companies, unfortunately, are often so adversarial and controlling that their workers feel unnecessarily disrespected and abused!
Now, Jim is right... if workers don't like it, they can find new jobs elsewhere! But what does that really accomplish? Nothing positive!
What it does accomplish is leave a company with (usually) underpaid, disgruntled, and inexperienced workers... which is not good for the company, the employees, or the community!
But somehow that's justified in the eyes of some... even admired and rewarded!
One very public example...
Due to MIS-management, a major corporation chose to declare bankruptcy (it makes them "smart", remember... and "good businessmen!").
During that bankruptcy, in which unions have virtually NO say in the matter... wages and work rules were cut back by at least a decade, pension plans terminated, jobs lost... etc, etc, etc...!
At the close of bankruptcy, the BOD rewarded the same executives responsible for the MIS-management and bankruptcy with hundreds of millions of dollars in raises and bonuses!
Like thieves in the night...
The money went from the workers' pockets...
Directly into the pockets of the executives!
Ain't capitalism great!
