I have not received emails from accounts on "live.com" and "peoplepc.com" that were sent yesterday. Is there a reason why that should happen. I have received mail from these accounts before?

AOL purposely does not let you turn off their own version of email filtering which forces you to always go to their email website in order to mark emails as 'not spam'. I've missed several legitimate when trying to download with Outlook because AOL marked as spam. I NEVER look at the advertisements on their site regardless. I am in the process of migrating to another email provider. So tired of it. Bad way to do business.

Use flag to block all future emails from address. Appspot sends **** all the time and I do not appreciate it.

I am sick of getting 50 plus emails in my regular and spam folder, due to not being able to block specific words in AOL anymore.
How much are yall getting paid to keep this going on in the mail boxes? I am sure these advertisers are paying you a hefty sum to keep us inundated with keto messages and *** hookups.
I pay a lot of money each month for AOL and I should not to deal with this worry each day. I would expect this in free accounts, but not in one where I'm paying a monthly fee.
If this is not fixed I am going to cancel my account that I've had for the last 20 years.

I agree. I can't block disgusting words from showing up in my email on AOL.

I agree I finally stopped complaining because it did no good.My only option is to drop AOL. I always thought the squeaky axle got the grease

Bring back the block words feature. Spammers change email addresses so blocking an address is useless. I've received two KETO spams today with two different addresses.

What happened to blocking spam mail? Your email is NOT free, I pay for it. You took away the setting to block all email that wasn't in my address book and now my inbox is inundated with garbage! Since we PAY for AOL, perhaps we should begin a class action lawsuit against you for taking settings away. If it was free it would be different, but since I pay and have now for over 20 years, I want better service and I want my spam control settings returned, NOW! I only want email from those I put in my address book!

If something works don't fix it!!!! Why did you mess with spam controls??? Now all spam mail gets through. I am not going to type in email that I want blocked. It would take me a month of Sundays to do what you ask.
What you have now is what I used before to block personal email.
Who ever thought to change spam controls should be fired. Also the ones who approved the change need to be fired too. -

I agree - need that feature back.

When AOL sees hundreds of emails in the spam folder from the same email address, over several days, how about you start blocking them altogether?
After all, you ignore user-defined filters that specifically say to move to "recently deleted" folder, and instead keep sending them to the spam folder.
