Line spacing has changed in AOL Email window - ******* the Eyes
Hi,
AOL has changed the line spacing in the Emails window, where you can see all of your Email. It is very ******* the eyes. This seems to have occurred in the last two weeks.In your old layout, there was more space between the email title, and the line that shows the beginning of the email content. The space was important. With the new layout, it is very ******* the eyes.
I called AOL Tech support about this, and they denied there was a change. However, I have screenshots that prove it.
Can you please put this space back…

contact suggestion
When I try to write an email, and I try to type the email address that I want to sent an email to is not showing as a suggestion to click directly on the email, and also sometimes they are not showing in the contact list but before i had them into the contact list. I'm using the web mail and also tried the Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser and also with incognito window and also cleared the cache and cookies. same problem. In the comments section in the article aol has posted about Britney Griner, the Lesbian Basketball player, if someone discusses God in the negative you allow it but if I write "virgin birth of God" it needs approval. Also I have been harassed to day in the comments after I ended the conversation multiple times and aol allowed it although it is against your guidelines. Took me when Trump got elected in 2016 that outlets like AOL are controlling information in order to create an outcome. After research, I learned that it's been going on for a long time but escalated around JFK's time. Sure would be nice to find out what is actually news and truth

Outlook emails not being received by AOL SMTP issue
Outlook emails not being received by AOL SMTP issue. Emails from Outlook are bouncing back when they are sent to AOL recipients. SMTP protocol negotiations are failing. It's a vendor issue!

Email Filter by Date Rage
The email filters are quite basic. It would be very useful to have a filter that allows the user to filter by date range and then action something like move to a folder.
For example: Email received between 01/01/24 - 01/03/24 move to folder "Quarter 1".
This functionality would be very useful.

New AOL is USELESS
I whined and moaned about the NEW AOL and for the past 3 weeks I have tried very hard to give it a decent go. However it is still like putting a jigsaw together. Just one example, and even with my notifications turned on I am not getting any alert sounds to let me know I have mail. Furthermore 80% of the time I have to Refresh my page to even know that I have mail which may have been sitting there for over an hour or longer.

You need to add something so that i can delete photos stored on AOL
You cannot delete stored photos on AOL, even though the photo has a delete feature it does not work. This needs sorted or replaced

BOYCOTT AOL NEWS
AOL NEWS used be great and member friendly. Now however, it has changed dramatically. I used to comment regularly and all was well. Made some friends as well. Then my comments were not visible to other members. Now if I bother, my comments just disappear. I reported the issue more times than I can recall, but now if I want to report the same issue my email address is not recognised. In other words they don't want to know. new welcome page layout
The new front page/welcome page layout is the tackiest piece of mess. It is virtually useless. Bring back the old layout or give us the choice of reverting to the old one. This thing is tacky and useless. The brief summary of the story is a big plus. I want it back. I want news not big pictures, I am not Trump who only "reads" pictures. The old version was great just as it was. If something is not broken, don't fix it. What you just created is unmentionable word
