When a notice shows up that I need to sinc MESSENGER and Update AOL, why not have a button/link right there that I can click??
I cannot work the MESENGER, and when a notice shows up telling me to update and sync, why not have a link right there that I can click to do so? Or provide a short description of how to get to my AOL controls...

I would like to clear all ads, offers and any extraneous information from AOL except Mail. I never use nor want any messages from AOL.
I value my AOL email which I have had for many years. All of the other business that comes along is an obstruction and creates enormous resentment toward AOL. Many times I have wondered about switching to my GMAIL account which doesn't have these burdens and increasingly the weight of the extraneous garbage that AOL assaults me with has created a true hatred for your service because of it. So why not give paying users like me a chance to tune out all of the **** that comes along with AOL accounts and unnecessarily burdens my computer, wastes my time…

stop charging for support, when we already pay for service - ($26.99 monthly).
why pay for extra service support when we already pay for monthly service. when I finally get on the AOL chat, they give me the wrong information anyway, to assist in troubleshooting a problem. 1.) McAfee caused a problem, slowing my computer to a crawl. 2) I was hacked, which never should happen on AOL anyway.Service sucks.

Shut down comment sections!
The comment sections have become so mean, nasty and inappropriate. They are extreme right propaganda. No matter the subject they all mention the failures of Joe Biden and "the libs".Yet there are no counter comments allowed all "the libs" are now flagged and can't post.Enough spreading hate, AOL/Verizon.

say anything about their precious covid pandemic that they love so much and they ban you.
i commented on two news articles over how governor ron desantis is handling covid in florida. one where he's banning mask and vaccine mandates and they removed that whole news article because ohh no we can't let people think freely. and then the other news article stating florida now has a very low daily covid rate compared to other states and after that comment i'm banned. aol is the covid loving nazis.

re the font size of the aol software NOT the email section
I sent in a comment that was added to another answered question but mine isn't for the same reason so I'll ask it again. This has nothing to do with the font size of an email. It has to do with the font size of the Welcome page - is there any way to change the default settings for the welcome page to make it larger? My husband can't see it very well because it's too small. We know about the Ctrl and rolling the mouse but is there any way to change the default setting in the software?

So many people are stating the same thing here!! Will anyone from any company that is aol, respond and do something about it!!
There are horrible comments from mostly republicans, because the absolutely trash democrats. Why are you allowing this? And are these comments generated by republican groups/bots? It would make sense if republicans were behind this situation. These people then flag all the democrats so our voices don't get heard. Hello! Anyone in there? -

POSITIVE change?? Would you PLEASE stop all your NEGATIVE, and BIAS, hateful conservative bashing, Trump bashing news articles on the front AOL headline page that I access as my start page? It's disgusting!

Blocking posts that are innocuous. Why?
I can understand blocking an insensitive or harmful post, but to block ALL posts is censorship. Blocking a political post now and then I understand, but to block ALL posts, no matter what is ridiculous and as a paying member of AOL, I want my posts to NOT be blocked. Please unblock my account now!
