stop charging for support, when we already pay for service - ($26.99 monthly).
why pay for extra service support when we already pay for monthly service. when I finally get on the AOL chat, they give me the wrong information anyway, to assist in troubleshooting a problem. 1.) McAfee caused a problem, slowing my computer to a crawl. 2) I was hacked, which never should happen on AOL anyway.Service sucks.

So many people are stating the same thing here!! Will anyone from any company that is aol, respond and do something about it!!
There are horrible comments from mostly republicans, because the absolutely trash democrats. Why are you allowing this? And are these comments generated by republican groups/bots? It would make sense if republicans were behind this situation. These people then flag all the democrats so our voices don't get heard. Hello! Anyone in there? -
Blocking posts that are innocuous. Why?
I can understand blocking an insensitive or harmful post, but to block ALL posts is censorship. Blocking a political post now and then I understand, but to block ALL posts, no matter what is ridiculous and as a paying member of AOL, I want my posts to NOT be blocked. Please unblock my account now!

UNABLE TO OPEN ATTACHMENTS IN AOL MAIL WHY?
OT SURE WHY BUT I'M UNABLE TO OPEN ATTACHMENTS IN MY AOL MAIL. I HAVE BEEN WITH AOL SINCE 1995 AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE. MY COMPUTER IS AN IMAC AND HAVE USED FIREFOX, SAFARI AND CHROME WITH SAME RESULTS. I HAVE REBOTTED THE COMPUTER SEVERAL TIMES AND CLEAR ALL COOKIES, CACHE ETC WITH SAME RESULTS. ALL MY SOFTWARE IN THE COMPUTER IS UP TO DATE AND HAVE NO ISSUES OPENING DOCUMENTS OR FILES ON THE DESKTOP OR EVEN ON THE INTERNET. NOT SURE WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP. CAN YOU ASSIST ME PLEASE.

re the font size of the aol software NOT the email section
I sent in a comment that was added to another answered question but mine isn't for the same reason so I'll ask it again. This has nothing to do with the font size of an email. It has to do with the font size of the Welcome page - is there any way to change the default settings for the welcome page to make it larger? My husband can't see it very well because it's too small. We know about the Ctrl and rolling the mouse but is there any way to change the default setting in the software?

When a notice shows up that I need to sinc MESSENGER and Update AOL, why not have a button/link right there that I can click??
I cannot work the MESENGER, and when a notice shows up telling me to update and sync, why not have a link right there that I can click to do so? Or provide a short description of how to get to my AOL controls...

HELP should be free or else it forces us to go to gmail when we would like to stay with AOL.
I need help to unfreeze receipt of emails after I was hacked. But I can't get help without signing up for free trial and giving cc information, which means I have to switch to gmail after 30 years of using aol, which I would prefer not to do. You need free AOL help.
