Why is AOL Still SO Clueless?
Why is it that I can click to turn OFF all my subscriptions to AOL and still being SPAMMED by you? Aren't you smart enough to realize this is alienating people? Why do you abuse those who want to be a customer? As poorly as AOL has done for 4 decades, you would think they would welcome new people and make them feel welcomed and safe here?
The people that have run AOL for so long are clueless and inept! Why do you continue down this path?

Possible Spam
I am getting AOL email saying AOL is updating it's mailbox and if I don't do certain things I may lose the email in my mailbox. Is this true, or is it spam? I tried to ask this question in other ways, and I didn't find any. It is hard to find a way to ask questions on AOL.

ENGLISH... It should not take FIFTEEN MINUTES to change my language to English E V E R Y T I M E I sign in. AOL used to be my 'fun email'. Now it is tedious. I hardly ever come here (unless I have an HOUR that I don't mind wasting.)

Instructions for setting up outlook as a desktop agent is sparse and incomplete
The help suggests Outlook as a desktop app can be configured to work. It worked right up until you change the authentication scheme. It also references app specific passwords as a solution but fails to explain what apps OR how Outlook and AOL will know. I created a password for outlook, it does not work. The help fails to explain if the name placed on the password matters and if it does how exactly. What do I tell Outlook about that password if anything? My accounts are from Verizon, the help suggests that I must use specific POP/IMAP names/ports. Sadly,…

Your browser is good for nothing get a better One
Hello, I cant have a new tab, browser keeps the one is open and don't let open a new one, like if I want to put the url address keeps showing the one is open, want to use a new tab, and don't work, is been about a year that I been reporting this malfunction of your horrible browser. You people make changes to worse, not to improve. Do something now!
