    I am getting AOL email saying AOL is updating it's mailbox and if I don't do certain things I may lose the email in my mailbox. Is this true, or is it spam? I tried to ask this question in other ways, and I didn't find any. It is hard to find a way to ask questions on AOL.

  2. I do not speak Spanish. I do not read Spanish. E N G L I S H is my language..

    ENGLISH... It should not take FIFTEEN MINUTES to change my language to English E V E R Y T I M E I sign in. AOL used to be my 'fun email'. Now it is tedious. I hardly ever come here (unless I have an HOUR that I don't mind wasting.)

  5. i need an answer to how 'covid' prevents someone on your employment from answering questions via e-mail!

  11. Instructions for setting up outlook as a desktop agent is sparse and incomplete

    The help suggests Outlook as a desktop app can be configured to work. It worked right up until you change the authentication scheme. It also references app specific passwords as a solution but fails to explain what apps OR how Outlook and AOL will know. I created a password for outlook, it does not work. The help fails to explain if the name placed on the password matters and if it does how exactly. What do I tell Outlook about that password if anything? My accounts are from Verizon, the help suggests that I must use specific POP/IMAP names/ports. Sadly,…

    Hello, I cant have a new tab, browser keeps the one is open and don't let open a new one, like if I want to put the url address keeps showing the one is open, want to use a new tab, and don't work, is been about a year that I been reporting this malfunction of your horrible browser.     Provide disable newsfeed "Today on AOL" when signing in. It says that this feature can easily be disabled by going to Options, select mail settings, general, un-check the "Show me Today on AOL when signing in" in feature. Doesn't work. Still get 50-60 news' daily! Please help!

    When calling in AOL, the automated system asks me for the first 3 letters of my email. It is abs and the system asks me to repeat multiple times before sending me to an agent. Would like this fixed. Thanks so much.
