I've been an AOL customer since the mid 90's. If I can't add a new screen name, I'll be canceling my service.
Please reinstate the ability to add a new screen name(s) to my current service, and quit wasting money on offering "free" services that I have no interest in (IE: McAfee, ID protection, etc.).
The ability to have multiple screen names on my account was the number one reason I stayed with AOL for roughly 22 years now.
You have no idea how disappointing not being able to add my daughter to my AOL account is for me.
I'll wait 30 days to see if you will allow me to rename one of my existing screen names.

AOL's GOLD browser speed has fallen so far behind IE, Firefox, xfinity, etc.
Increase your browser speed levels, AOL GOLD is now like using a dial up program. Moreover, I have to switch to Internet Explorer to print cashed checks, something I was able to do in the past. Seems the other internet browsers are improving service; AOL is regressing, and I'm paying $4.99 a month for **** poor service.

Discount Verizon Wireless Basic Plan
Give 50% discount on Verizon's basic $30/month wireless plan, for old, loyal AOL members (Boomers) with flip phones. If Consumer Cellular can offer $15 plans, why not AOL and Verizon?

I see you replaced Yahoo Finance with AOL Finance. You give no shortcut link to "My portfolios" the way that Yahoo does.
Provide direct access to stock market quotes without trying to force your users, who are now paying monthly, to go through your endless ads..

You cold provide the benefits you promise.I was charged for my Lifelock this year, despite being enrolled in AOL Lifelock benifit.
When I received the notification from Lifelock, I called AOL, and a rep told me to ignore, that I would not be charged. Although the My Benefits shows me still enrolled, when I called AOL when I was charged, I was told I was not enrolled, although on my account, it shows the benefit is still activated. Needless to say, I'm now deciding on a new provider!!

Customer service protocols need to be stream lined
Was on the phone with customer support for almost 2 hours. had to explain my situation 6-7x. no help and I had to pay 14.99 for a free month to get access to the level of support needed for my case . That level was useless as well. It was not until I demanded to speak to a manager that my issue was adequately addressed. Customer know when they are given the run around.
