Hire individuals who actually knows how to provide services for customers. I need my refund and 3 calls in and no one knows how to provide.
I have called multiple times and waited in the queue for nearly an half hour each time only to keep getting the same results. No refund!! Who are training these people? I’m reaching out to the BBB because this is ridiculous!! Who are these people?

Real human not AI online
Real humans to deal with benefits subscription cancellations. All I get is AI which gives me the same solutions that don't work. Everything should be done online without waiting on a phone call to finally talk to someone.

Start by getting a handle on your constant 'New Product' intros which are for the most part something you bundled and renamed and repackaged
First flush all the new > Good, Better and Best < intros you bring in on a regular basis. I feel like I'm being sold a new set of 'Nothing will stick to it, inside or out, regardless of how high you set the cook temperature cookware . Even if you have AOL ASSIST, not is your problem usually solved, (That's a compliment by the way), But you can't get back to what you you were doing when you had to call for assistance because you're afraid you first have to hear the whole new 'canned pitch' about what software…

I see that typing my comment here is laced with technical difficulties. Guess AOL dont like posting complaints.
You're just as woke as everyone else is. Trying to type this message was plagued with difficulties. What I came here for was to describe my first attempt with Premium AOL email. AOL claims to get rid of unwanted ads. Nope, they dont. They school people on how to get rid of them, they dont automatically get rid of anything. They give tools on how to go about doing it yourself. I will say that most of my unwanted emails did stop coming, but I think that my own hard work got them stopped. If AOL would teach a class…

COLLECTIONS ON CANCELLED ACCOUNTS
I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM YOUR COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT. I REQUESTED MY SERVICES TO BE CANCELLED SEVERAL MONTHS AGO VIA A LIVE CHAT WITH SOMEONE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT, WHICH I ASSUMED THEY DID. HOWEVER, THE LETTER STATES THAT I OWE $56.48 OR I WILL BE TURNED OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY. I WOULD SUGGEST A BETTER WAY OF CANCELLING SERVICES WITH YOU. AND I WOULD LIKE A BREAKDOWN OF ALL MY SERVICES THAT I AM BEING BILLED FOR.

BENEFIT FOR YOUR MEMBERS OF 20+ YEARS AND/OR 70+ YEARS OF AGE
Make the System Mechanic a benefit of any "plan" for AOL members who have been with the company for at least 20 years OR members who are over 70 years of age. Many have computers that really need the System Mechanic service but who are retired and on fixed incomes, don't understand computers and who are looking to just cancel their AOL service altogether and put their old laptops in the closet and forget about it. By the time you get to 75, all of this stuff is way to complicated to even try and stay on top of. My…

Better display of plan and feature costs especially with new rates
If I go down to $12, can I still add dialup? What do I lose? My plan has a name but it is not on the list of plans. Raising it t$3 a month not reflected in plan prices offered. If I take the 2 free months, how long am I locked in? The whole presentation feels like a trap!

I want to stop paying for a service I have not used in several years. It seems that I have to jump through a LOT of hoops to do that.
Make it MUCH simpler to cancel my subscription to AOL. I have not used it for several years and want to quit paying. You seem to be requiring me to jump through more hoops than a Cirque de Soleil acrobat to do that. Simplify the process! I've been a paying member since the days of 5-1/4" floppies and $5.00 a month service!

AOL should be cheaper!
I already pay $8 a month for AOL and I think it's WRONG and GREEDY that you want more money so I can close the ad box. I have looked at the incessant ads for 30 YEARS now and don't care! I want my free/cheap AOL back!
