  1. BENEFIT FOR YOUR MEMBERS OF 20+ YEARS AND/OR 70+ YEARS OF AGE

    Make the System Mechanic a benefit of any "plan" for AOL members who have been with the company for at least 20 years OR members who are over 70 years of age. Many have computers that really need the System Mechanic service but who are retired and on fixed incomes, don't understand computers and who are looking to just cancel their AOL service altogether and put their old laptops in the closet and forget about it.   2. Better display of plan and feature costs especially with new rates

    If I go down to $12, can I still add dialup? What do I lose? My plan has a name but it is not on the list of plans. Raising it t$3 a month not reflected in plan prices offered. If I take the 2 free months, how long am I locked in? The whole presentation feels like a trap!

  5. I want to stop paying for a service I have not used in several years. It seems that I have to jump through a LOT of hoops to do that.

    Make it MUCH simpler to cancel my subscription to AOL. I have not used it for several years and want to quit paying. You seem to be requiring me to jump through more hoops than a Cirque de Soleil acrobat to do that. Simplify the process! I've been a paying member since the days of 5-1/4" floppies and $5.00 a month service!

  7. AOL should be cheaper!

    I already pay $8 a month for AOL and I think it's WRONG and GREEDY that you want more money so I can close the ad box. I have looked at the incessant ads for 30 YEARS now and don't care! I want my free/cheap AOL back!

  8. How many ways can AOL waste my time?

    Constantly getting pop-ups for AOL System Mechanic computer cleanup program, so I finally took the time to read about it then enter my billing information. Download failed twice - "An error occurred."
    Logging into MyAccount required that I go through 2-step verification.
    Clicked into all available "Help" options and nowhere is there a simple email address to express my frustration. (No, I don't want to chat.)
    Then had to go through the steps to cancel my subscription to a product I cannot even install.

  9. Stop auto spams using MailGun SPAM program

    Stop auto spams using MailGun. This program is spamming some legitimate important emails that takes me months to get my emails working. I did NOT click on SPAM for emails from USPS however twice in the last year they mysteriously stopped. USPS IT team said it was because of the MailGun program that AOL uses. Please find a better package that does not spam my important emails.

  12. Stop all the Trump News

    Hi - I've been a paying member since the 1990's. IMO, you are giving Trump way too much free airtime whether it be good or bad. I'm sick and tired of seeing all of the drama-infused news being reported by AOL. Please trim down the political news and report facts only. I'm truly thinking of canceling my PAID subscription because you are filling up the news with WAY TOO MUCH political news.

  13. Clear-easy/functional access to plans with comparison charts

    There is certainly no loss of examples of purposeful/unplanned/unknown irrational decisions in business and AOL is not exempt.
    It is certainly beyond me that there is not a simple, easily accessible path to find the available plans, singular and bundled, on you web site.
    Even your employees appear to be totally unaware of such a process.
    To also require the customer to be on a plan before being able to communicate or chat with someone to potentially find that information also does not make sense.

  14. McAfee subscription is not being renewed

    I've had McAfee through AOL since 1999, and all of a sudden I get a message that in order to use McAfee, I need to pay for a subscription. I am already paying for a subscription. McAfee says they can't find my account. AOL says my account is active. I am paying for something I can't use. I tried to cancel, there is no cancel button. I tried uninstalling. I still get pop ups saying my computer has issues but can't run a scan without paying. I've tried to fix this for one year.

    Talked to Brian who said he was from Dominican Republic, could not get him to understand what the problem was so I finally gave up. It is sad for a computer company the size of AOL to hire employees who cannot speak or understand English.

  16. hire better customer help, current techs don't understand English, don't understand a deceased person can not pay a bill or respond to text

    my husband passed away 5 yrs ago, his account was supposed to be closed, yet when I gave info on a new bank card, it seems there was a problem with them charging it, they sent requests to my late husbands name. I am upset, 4 months past due, I was not contacted that there was a problem, and I have no idea why as my account was closed, so i opened under the special only to find all my account info was correct and there is a past due bill for 4 months... if you hire techs who understand…

  18. you need to accept a prepaid card for fee some do not own a credit card

    you need to accept prepaid cards, people are getting rid of the credit card do to high interest rate and would rather pay with a prepaid card so it is also safe and you do steal peoples credits cards.
