    I need help. I ordered System Mechanic and gave billing info at the time; however, I have not received my order confirmation email.

  3. TO Get more help and make it easy when having aol problems.

    you can never get any help when you are having aol problem.
    I don't have an easy access to chat online to let them know what the problem is. Its so annoying and Im a paying customer.
    and Im not happy at all with this service. I have a problem every time Im trying to delete email I get this coming up: This Request is not allowed, Code: EP 4010. Does anyone know what does this means?

  5. Customer service protocols need to be stream lined

    Was on the phone with customer support for almost 2 hours. had to explain my situation 6-7x. no help and I had to pay 14.99 for a free month to get access to the level of support needed for my case . That level was useless as well. It was not until I demanded to speak to a manager that my issue was adequately addressed. Customer know when they are given the run around.

  10. Improve tech support... difficult to understand and then when I set the phone down to log onto another device (a MacBook) they hung up!

    It shouldn’t be so hard to figure out how to get Private WiFi to work properly on Apple products. It worked for a while and then stopped. It keeps telling me that I’ve added it to another device but I am actually using that device to try and get it to work again. Are you not keeping up with Apple updates? Something else? To add insult to injury, tech support hung up on me!!!!! If it was a mistake, they didn’t call me back or reach out again. They have my email, cell phone number and landline. I am spending…

    One Life Protected is selling data according to Reputation Defender. This should be stopped.

  15. dont try to scam senior account holders into subscribing for AOL Add-on services they dont need!!!

    My 94 year old mother had an AOL Account. AOL worded Add-on services like she should be paying extra per month even though she never finished signing up and giving her credit card number. She calls me asking why AOL tells her she is past due on a $2.99 per month and $3.99 per month service that she does not want. But AOL keeps saying she is Past Due knowing Seniors hate being past due an anything. Really disappointed in AOL. SO she keeps getting Red alert banners saying she is Past DUe. STOP IT NOW AOL.
