  1. Pinochle Game malfunction

    I'm not seeing my high scores for pinochle on the Leaderboard (when in fact my winning score should be placing me there, according to what is being shown) AND often times when all the cards are showing following the closing of the bid, I am seeing 5 aces in one suit. (Maximum s/b 4)

  5. fix Bridge

    Who programs Bridge - a 10-year old? I don't think these programmers have ever played bridge. Playing No Trump you are supposed to leave with the fourth from the longest and strongest suit. They lead with an Ace. When my partner is supposed to trump, he doesn't. He holds it until it is pulled. If I bid No Trump, my partner bids a suit that he only has 2 cards in. This is supposed to be a fun game. IT IS NOT. VERY FRUSTRATING.

  9. reduce the time of gold and silver slot tourneys

    The time of the gold and silver slot tourneys needs to be reduced a little. Bronze gets more players because it is a lot shorter.

    The gold and silver get old after a certain length of time so please take off some time. That would help out a lot from a player who still plays them.

  12. Remove masque employees from monitoring the chat. They are childish and subjective in their enforcing the tos and punitive actions.

    Remove Masque from Monitoring the chats. They use subjective enforcement, and often times, decide what a player said because of letters typed. Not every set of letters is an acronym, and not every acronym is an abbreviation for a vulgar or vile saying. What's worse is, they don't apply those actions uniformly, some players get punished and others do not, even if one is repeating what another has typed. Selective enforcement is illegal, just as refusing to serve in a public place is. Some people do not curse, they may say what the heck, or what the hey, which can…

    I cannot access my games for AOL it keeps routing to a guce.aol pageERRORNOTFOUND malware! I only want to play games and is there a way to report it without it blocking access to my AOL?

    I pay you every month....that will soon stop....I'm so sick the **** you do on the games....I go to full screen no chat..small screen 1/2 of screen....No wonder when I tell people i'm AOL WOW I don't know any one who is with AOL

  15. Updates on Leaderboard for Pinochle is not working (or updating) correctly

    I've had 2 high score games this morning (where I was the 1st person to open table & sit). Neither were noted on the leaderboard.

  16. The search for players stopped working on 7 card stud poker several weeks ago

    There is a certain group of people on 7 card that I like to be with most mornings. If the table is full, I get sent to a table of bots. I try to search any of their names, but it don't find them, even though they are playing. I have to time it just right when a player leaves the table and I am allowed to join.

    Ive been playing Masque Bingo on AOL but all of a sudden, I cannot get a whole screen Instead of 3 cards and seeing numbers called, I only get 2 cards and edge of 3rd card and cannot see the numbers that have been called. Please advise what to do.
