To much spam
I'm getting about 150 spam emails going to my spam folder every day I have to delete I don't know how to stop it all from coming in.

I’ve received several messages like this in the past few days. I have not clicked on any links. However, I feel they are hackers.

New aol mail
I’m 81. Trying to keep up but the mail is too short for mr Often leave things to read later and I could clearly see them in the old format. this came as a shock with no warning no directions etc. My life is totally upended

New email format is a disaster!
I want my old email format back. I could see new mail, and easily navigate to my folder, old mail, or whatever I needed with the old format. This new format is terrible and not the least bit user-friendly. Sure hope you will heed all the unhappy comments about it and return our email pages to the previous format.

Email filter
I see instructions to setup email filters, but the Android app and online/web email do not have the menu selections to setup the filter per the instructions. It might be something I'm overlooking, but it should not be this hard to find.

Emails stop coming from some senders
This has been an ongoing problem, even before the terrible email system update: emails from some commercial senders that I was getting regularly (and that I want to get) stop coming to my inbox, and are not in my spam folder. They just stop altogether. Even if I add them to my address book the emails won't come through. Why is this happening, and how do I fix it and prevent it from happening again?
