How can we improve AOL Mail?

Go back to the old format regarding aol mail

This new mail format is not user friendly nor does it show current day mail. I hate it!!!!!!

    Go back to old format , I am missing an Entire folder of my business emails!! Thanks!😡 if its not broke Dont Fix it!

    What have you done? I have an aol account but you have changed my server password. I managed to change it and it was accepted on the aol web site. I go onto my tablet to reinstall my aol email with the new password but still prompts coming up new sever password. You have done this. All aol settings have been wiped from my modem. Again you have done this. Now you fix it.

    Go back to old way very simple to delete read or whatever don't fix what's not broken

    I was able to change my AOL email back to the basic format on my laptop and reading my emails from the laptop is a dream. So why can’t I do the same on my mobile app? I’m unsubscribing from all kinds of retailers emails just because the presentation of the emails on AOL’s new format is so nauseating, I can’t stand to look at them. The format is so bad everything looks like garbage even when it’s important! Also, when writing an email, the formatting is all wrong. The horizontal margins (side-to-side) are very narrow but the vertical margins (the length of the page) are way too long. If you have a very long email, the last 1-2 sentences on the bottom may be lost when you go to print it. May I suggest gmail for longer emails.

    Ffs I can't deal with this ****. If this doesn't go back to the old format I will be closing my account very soon. This format is terrible!

    I hate the new AOL for Android. Not at all user friendly. It's also deleted some of my folders, and kept some that I had deleted (deliberately) on my lap top. Please go back to the old version.

    New format sucks. Don't you test your changes with your users before you implement them? From reading other comments it looks like you have laid a big egg!

    New format is trash. Seriously considering using a different email service. I’ve been with AOL 15 years. Finally this motivates me to switch to a different email.

    It's absolutely ridiculous having to go to the bottom of a lengthy email to send a reply, or to market as spam.

    I liked the old AOL much better. The new format is not user friendly and you can not go back and forth between old and new mail.as before

    This is the worst format ever. Why can't you leave well enough alone?
    And why can't you put my contact list in alphabetical order?
