After over a year I finally got into my account and it’s all deleted
I don’t know what in the world AOL was thinking within the past few years. I could not log into my AOL when I tried to login. It wanted to send a code to a phone number I did not have anymore. It then made me call tech-support that tried to charge me money to access my account. I had very important emails on there. I was trying to retrieve and nobody at AOL or their call center in India could actually help me. I just tried to login again and it gave me the option to actually add a new phone number. Now that I’m finally in it looks as though AOL just deletes all of their customers emails if they’re not used for a long time. Got news for you AOL. The only reason that I did not use My email is because you guys are absolutely ******* horrible when it comes to trying to help. Now I’ve lost my very very important emails with no way to recover them. I plan on never using this email account ever again.
