Sending/receiving mail
I can never be sure that my emails have been received. I only learn weeks later that my mail was never received. Big problem!!!!!

I have to navigate between two aol apps in order to receive and reply to my mail…VERY INCONVENIENT!
Increase the font size in basic mail. A while back it suddenly switched to this tiny font which is hard to read. AOL is a mess!

New email sucks
First off the query at the top of my email said TRY the new email not SWITCH So that was misleading. I wanted to try not switch.
I don’t like the new email and want to return to the other format

Emails stop coming from some senders
This has been an ongoing problem, even before the terrible email system update: emails from some commercial senders that I was getting regularly (and that I want to get) stop coming to my inbox, and are not in my spam folder. They just stop altogether. Even if I add them to my address book the emails won't come through. Why is this happening, and how do I fix it and prevent it from happening again?

Even though I selected old style I could not change back. Terrible layout for writing new mail. 20+ years of the most common sense mail gone

My email keeps changing whatever address I’m using to AOL when it’s not AOL
When I use a contact on my existing list it keeps changing the email to AOL when it’s actually Gmail or Comcast very very aggravating

New AOL mail
I don’t like the new email setup at old. Ponderous. Plus I used to be able to hold down Shift and choose all e-mails between the 2 selected. Now I have to select everything individually. This new email configuration will slow me down immensely… Kinda hate it. Can I get back to the old one somehow??

The new mail oh AOL sucks. You can’t do anything in it you cannot block me on unless you have a goal account.
Put the old aol back in service.

My archived messages have disappeared. I had important messages stored there.

Improve Spam filter
Recently I have been getting huge volumes of spam arriving in my inbox instead of being directed into spam.
This needs sorted urgently!
This new version of AOL is unstable and frustrating, get it sorted ! -
Have automatic delete after so old or not saved
Have the option to set up automatic delete if not read or saved. It's a pain deleting one at a time. Makes me not even want to use my email

Contacts
In contacts, my old AOL intuitively offered suggestions for the email address from my contact list after I entered 2 or 3 beginning characters. Now I have to enter the entire email address. I don't know a lot of my contacts' entire address. With the old format, I didn't need to look them up to enter them, the program did it for me. Yikes! Some of them I don't even know! Guess I have to wait until they contact me!
