How can we improve AOL Mail?

Why cant i see old emails. Why does my messages in new emails dissapear when you go to open them. This is rubbish

    I’ve got round it by downloading the app but u get adverts which is a pain !! Hopefully this will be sorted ASAP

    It only happens on my mobile device, desktop version works fine.
    If I search for the vanished e-mail, then it appears in the list of responses and I can open it fine - just depends on my being able to remember a keyword before it's vanished.

    I have problem to my email everytime I read it disappear and even my latest email disappear all empty.

    Thats great that aol are looking into this issue, now how about the annoying ads that stop you reading your emails?

    It's infuriating, I had a very important email regarding a hospital appointment and I clicked on open and it disappeared. It's ridiculous.

    Exactly the same here
    They open on my phone fine but not on my tablet
    Anyone know the fix yet ?

    I am having the same problems and I am very concerned. Whenever I go to open an email, it open for less than a second and then disappear. Also the folder for 'old mail' have disappeared And a lot of the emails say 'mail delivery subsystem' instead of having an actual email. Please help!

    My emails flick away to the right before I can read them. I then have to search for them by name. Old mail folder no longer exists

    Same problem. New mail disappears as soon ad I click on it. Old mail has disappeared completely.

    It opens for a split second and then closes. It is not possible to read it. It is also not possible to open old emails.

    I had a request for further information. Just to clarify there is no opportunity to read the email as it automatically closes after opening instantly.

    If I click on email to read on my mobile it deletes it. But doesnt delete on my lap top. I need to read messages off my mobile throughout the day. Aol please help

    It disappears BEFORE it can be read.
    The only way to read it is to Flag it first, then go to flagged.
