    I am not receiving emails on my iPhone when I was a few days ago. nothing has been changed in the settings to cause me to no longer receive them. Please advise

  2. Select an email, search all rmail gor yhst one rmail

    Be able to select one email, not parts of a possible word, in the email or subject line, just one email. So I can select all, of those emails and delete them.

  3. New mail going directly into deleted files

    My new inbox messages are going directly to deleted files. This topic was created several years ago but aol response is no longer available. How do I remedy this situation.

  5. Selecting all email to delete

    I just got a new phone, and after downloading this app, I have over 4,000 emails in my inbox that were NOT there yesterday. In order to delete them I have to physically select each and every one of them. Lame.... the app I had on my old phone, had an ALL box you could select, so you could delete them all. Much faster. Please include this in your next update. 🤔😒🙄

  6. Need phishing button

    Now in days with phishing on the rise. Hackers are getting super creative. It's AOL responsibility to keep their clients information save from being hacked. Over the memorial weekend I received 20+ emails from Disney+. The hackers were able to get to my account. I reported to Disney+ and changed my login info. It would have been great to report it with AOL as well so it can be investigated.

  10. SPAM FILTER

    I've tried this before and gotten nowhere but here goes. Is there a way to turn off the Spam folder. It is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS! I am constantly having to go to the spam folder to find important messages. All the while still receiving every kind of perversion, phishing schemes, you name it. I do emergency management and disaster recovery and I don't have time for this. I should at least have the right to turn this piece of garbage off. I'm seriously thinking I need another provider. Once again you wouldn't accept my message saying I'm not signed in when…

  11. Not delete old email for no reason

    I’ve had my AOL email account for over 20 years. Last week, almost a full years worth of my old emails disappeared. The only email that I can retrieve is from the last 7 days, then it skips to August 2022. I called several times to AOL mail support, and was told that I needed a membership for them to help. Even with a membership, I was told, they could only retrieve the last seven days worth of my email. I told them I already HAVE the last seven days emails, so that really would accomplish nothing.   13. Have messages download from the server

    When using the app, almost every time I try to open new mail or saved mail, I receive the message that “this message has not been downloaded from the server.” Super frustrating and not user friendly.

  14. My email is set to the incorrect time zone. I’m in the PST time zone!!!! Please correct!!!!!

    Make it simple to ensure my phone (AND AOL) recognizes my correct time zone (PST), this should be automatic, shouldn’t need to go looking how to correct something like this.

  16. Edit reply settings

    Please let users edit the reply actions in AOL Mail app on IOS. The current order is:
    Delete, Archive, Move, Reply ALL.
    Are you serious? Where is the Reply button? You have to press MORE to actually find it which a few users already pointed out. I would prefer Reply to be THE ABSOLUTE NUMBER 1 CHOICE, not other options. Why is it in More? Obviously designer of this section doesn’t reply to emails. So if it’s so different for different people, why not to allow a simple customisation of this options?
