Why cant i see old emails. Why does my messages in new emails dissapear when you go to open them. This is rubbish

    Yes same is happening to me soon as I try and open a new message it disappears. Please rectify this ASAP as many of us are missing out on what could be vital messages

    Same issue here... Can't open old mail or folders and new mail instantly disappears when I click on it on my phone (still works on a laptop??) .... Anyone got an answer yet please??

    Why this disappearing act? I'm missing important emails. Where are they?
    I don't remember being warned about it.

    Same not being able to read my new emails and I’m in the process of buying a house not good enough as I need to keep in contact with my solicitor sort it out or I’ll go else where. AOL are useless nothing but problems

    I'm not able to open new emails. They disappear before I even read them. They are not anywhere. Not even able to open old emails. What has hapoened

    I'm having the same problem I click on a new email it just disappears and when I tri to go to old emails it jumps back to new emails so can't read my new emails.

    I can't read new or old emails it won't open up the windows to show both on tablet and phone both Android systems . As soon I tap any new emails they just disappear and not let me read, also can't access in old emails either. This has been going on for several days. AOL please sort out urgently, I have some urgent emails I need to access

    Same thing is happening to me. Started 2 or 3 days ago out of the blue
    Signed out and back in again but still does it
    So can't read new or old mail !!!
    Very strange

    Must be an AOL glitch if happening to so many
    Looks like something they are going to have to sort

    Type 2021 into the search and all this year’s emails will be visible.

    Same problem here…
    When I click on a new email it just vanishes - presumably to my “old email”.
    But I can’t access my “old email” folder because clicking on that opens the “new email” folder again.
    If I know something about the email I’m looking for I can find it via the search function but otherwise I’m lost.

    Same here I cant read my emails they are going to old email when I am not able to read them and it won't let me open them.

    Come on AOL - this is totally hopeless - get a grip. I'm loosing important emails that are just totally disappearing when selecting and not going into trash, old emails or spam.
