How can we improve AOL Mail?

Why cant i see old emails. Why does my messages in new emails dissapear when you go to open them. This is rubbish

    I’m having the same problem, where is my emails going? How can I read them and access old mail, why is aol not helping?

    I also have lost my old e mails on both a brand I phone and an I pad please can you suggest a remedy

    I can't see my old emails either, so annoying as I've no idea what have I in there, some of which may be important. I'd like my access to my old emails re-instated

    Best thing to do is leave AOL,I have bt address so will use that from now on ...Goodbye AOL after 20 years at least.

    OK gone in settings and deselect new version can read emails but there is no old email folder...What a **** up.

    Come on AOL I've had problems opening emails with your new email settings for 4 days now, please advise customers on a fix. The only way customers can currently vew emails is to revert back to old style or basic email settings.

    I'm having the same problem my new emails disappear straight into my old emails before I can read them and then I can't open my old emails folder. This is really bad as there are emails I desperately need to see!!!
