How can we improve AOL Mail?

Why cant i see old emails. Why does my messages in new emails dissapear when you go to open them. This is rubbish

    Same as mine lost a lot of emails as soon as I open them
    Having no to move them to a new folder to then open or they are lost

    How can aol develop this newer version with such a major fault, go into settings and unselect new version. It doesn't take you back exactly to the old version but at least you can read your emails!

    This is utter rubbish. I can't access old emails and when you click on new ones, they disappear......making the email address useless. Does anyone know how to, or if this issue will be resolved

    What has happened why can I now not look at emails as they disappear as soon as I click on them and then I can't see them as old emails.

    Ok guys I’ve solved it myself. Go to settings in your aol and unselect the new/old style format. All emails will reappear in your inbox. Happy reading 🙂

    Having the same problem but also my new email is not opening. If I touch it it disappears to the old email. I can see this on my laptop but not on my phone.

    As soon as I open an email it vanished.
    Not in old or read mail,so I'm losing a lot of correspondence. Only happened in the last 2 days.not happy

    I have the same problem but AOL still works Ok on my Laptop. Perhaps until it is resolved we could have our AOL mail sent to Gmail.

    I have important emails i have tried to open too and they disappeared as I clicked on them and can't retrieve them 🤦🏻‍♀️

    This is happening to me but only just noticed it. I've tried to open a couple of important email but now I can't see where they have gone. Where can I retrieve them from, I need to be able to view and respond to these emails ASAP. This level of service is not good enough

    Exactly the same problem. Tellus how to correct it. This only happens on my phone and not my desk top.It has only just started happening so is this a temporary fault? ANSWER US!

    I am receiving emails but when I try to open them they just disappear, I also checked my other folders and they have disappeared . My wife who is also with aol is having the same problem?
