Why cant i see old emails. Why does my messages in new emails dissapear when you go to open them. This is rubbish

    I can't find my old email files anymore. They've vanished in the last 24 hours. Not related to the hardware, as it happens on both mobile and tablet. Advice please

    Bring back old email. I cannot use this format at all. I cannot open my mail

    Please help! I just received an email which i viewed in the AOL app. I read it, looked at its assessment, came out of it. Then wanted to look at it again and so went into Old Emails to find it, and it is gone. Nowhere to be found. So then i logged into the website AOL. There are NO emails in my Old Emails there. What's going on?

    I am having the same issue.

    When I try to email or message you I am told that the email address I have used for 10 years is not valid.

    Also when I select old emails, I get new emails.

    Everytime I try to open my old mail folder my new mail folder opens.

    I cannot open any of my emails. Whenever I click on any email, it just disappears instead of opening.
    Also cannot open old emails. What has happened?

    What is going on with emails I cannot access my old emails which is annoying as I've some important stuff in there so if this is a issue could you let us know better still fix the issue please.

    Impossible to read messages directly from "in" box.
    bug in the Android version makes the mail unable to be uses.

    There is a bug on the french Android version of mail. New messages open and close immediately. It is impossible tout read them or to select old messages from the left-hand menu.
    You have to flag them first to be able to read them.
