Why cant i see old emails. Why does my messages in new emails dissapear when you go to open them. This is rubbish

    Emails disappear when I try to open when using phone. Everything is fine on laptop. Please fix.

    Get this fixed aol this is weeks now absolutely ridiculous if I could forward saved messages I would sick of this now

    The same is happening to me I cannot see old emails and when I receive mail as soon as I open it disappear

    AOL are aware of this issue as it has been happening for weeks now but they don’t provide any feedback or updates to their customers which can only lead me to conclude that they are deliberately sabotaging their system in order to drive customers away as they are not making any money on this anymore. Class action lawsuit may be in order.

    I have had the same thing, really important email, tried to read it and it’s disappeared and I have no idea how to get it back. It’s not even in the deleted items! Has anyone found out how to find them again??? So frustrated, AOL this is proper Sh!!t

    New and old message when opened. Can't even read message that how it quick it close then disappear.

    Why do my emails disappear when I try to open them? Why can't I see my old emails. It's a joke!

    I have had the same problem. I have looked into the settings where there is a button "old email new email ".I have turned this button off, this gets rid of old email folder and keeps everything in the inbox where you can now read your emails without them disappearing.

    I had same problem. Went into settings and changed to old style email. All new and read messages there. This maybe a fix for now. Can read all old and new emails since changing over

    This crazy stuff is happening to me too. The new mail just disappears in a flash. I checked via my lap top where Aol mail works normal but not via my mobile. Perhaps it is a glitch on mobile app which AOL is not aware of. Just unnecessary nuisance.
