How can we improve AOL Mail?

Why cant i see old emails. Why does my messages in new emails dissapear when you go to open them. This is rubbish

    Every time I open an email on my phone it deletes itself before you can read it

    I tapped on my messages and they are disappearing. What is going on. AOL your service is appalling . Never known this in 18 years

    Another angry person!! Emails disappear when you clicknow on them. Complete waste of time. Frustrated.!!!! Why.?

    I completely agree with the above comment. Not getting a chance to read new emails. Click on them and they disappear

    Think I've sorted it. I've turned off old/new emails in settings and can see emails now.

    If you change to the basic version in Settings you can read your emails after they disappear in the latest version! Hopefully short term problem as this is extremely annoying!!
