How can we improve AOL Mail?

Why cant i see old emails. Why does my messages in new emails dissapear when you go to open them. This is rubbish

    This problem with aol on my android, so can't read emails during the day on the go. This has been going for several days,I've tried to contact AOL and had no response.

    This is a joke I am waiting on home reports for houses and they have been deleted , ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ,

    AOL this is appalling. Every time you do an upgrade there is a subsequent problem. Please get this sorted ASAP.

    We're having the same problems! The only solution we found was to click the box to the left to highlight but don't open it. Then save in another folder, and then you'll be able to open it in there.

    Same problem for me but only on phone,: cant open new emails as get instantly completely deleted, not even in deleted bin. Old email folder does not open at all. But on laptop all works fine... Fix it please aol!

    I have the same problem , my emails are deleted when I try to open and I can’t access old emails

    Aol I'm still having problems it's now at least a week without being able to open new and access old emails . What is happening? Ate you working on this? I've never known a service provider to not sort this out quickly , it's not 15-20 years ago when technology was still in early days , surely you must be able to sort by now. I've got business emails I cannot access

    My mail disappears too.
    I can't access my old mail, too!
    All this ap does is let me know I've got mail; then to read it I use my desktop Apple.

    The only way to read them is to flag them, then you can see them in "flagged". The "old emails" button doesn't work.
