Why cant i see old emails. Why does my messages in new emails dissapear when you go to open them. This is rubbish

    AOL !!!! I can’t see my old emails and if I tap on new incoming emails they disappear if I tried open my email .
    Please address this SERIOUS Issue ASAP.

    I have important government documents to fill in and send, but I can't read my old emails or read new ones... So why am I bothering using you anymore?

    Moving to Gmail... AOL is just trash now.

    I totally agree this new email message service is rubbish, I can't read anything it just disappears, get a grip an put it back to normal.

    My new emails also delete themselves when I try to open them, please sort this need to forward covid results for my job

    I've got the exactly the same problem. This started last Thursday, so far, no one has explained anything about what is happening. Nothing surprises me what goes on today. What on earth is this country coming to. GET IT SORTED AOL, otherwise I'll have to get on to a higher authority. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

    I am looking for an answer to this really frustrating and although I rarely get mail I need to read I still need to be able to access without it deleting as soon as I try to open

    I have the same problem, if I click on New email it disappears without having read it, I can't see old emails as it just goes to New emails again.
    I have ticked the new email then moved to saved as the only way to read a new mail.
    Famned frustrating as no access to old emails for now.
    Any ideas????

    Having the same problem as others. Some emails sent to me are lost in the ether as well.

    I can get no emails or old emails. I have a bereavement in the family and cant keep in touch. Very bad situation

    This is very annoying, the only workaround I have found is to click on the email, for it to then automatically close, then use the search function for the subject, then select the email and it will allow you to view it.
