Terrible ...no mails coming in just ads....and the site is a mess with this long list beside to choose from !

I am on the old email version and I don't know how to get back to new. When I go to a message it is always half off to the left side and I can only see the right half of the message. Frustrating!

My mail was fine and now I can't get half of them. What went wrong? I can't understand what the support folks say to try. I'm not good with cell phones. I hate this new mail setup and will have to leave all after all these years.
