Be able to check our sent emails to see if they were opened or not. I remember back in the day you didn't have to download anything, you could just check and see if someone read your email. Now, all the sudden, we have to download things?! Why?? Why don't you just fix your software so we don't have to download anything. And in doing it that way would make us trust it more.
