This feedback forum is useless. AOL does nothing to fix the problems AOL creates.
Does anyone at AOL even read this feedback? It doesn't seem so. The comments section on news articles is getting worse and worse. It's like AOL's programmers for the comments' forum don't have a clue as to what they are doing. It was working fairly well before AOL started using a pop-up for comments instead of just taking users directly to the comment in the CORRECT article when a user clicks on a comment in their profile or a notification that someone liked or commented on the user's comment. I am experiencing trouble opening my aol
When I try to log in, after six digit verification. the browser spins and does not open emails.. I have tried uninstallng AOL and turning off cell phone. NOTE: This issue is only on my Android and not my PC.

adds are making aol unusable. I know you need to make money, but after 29 years with the same user name, im looking elsewhere.
downsize ads so our devises won't slow to a crawl. I got a new laptop, but aol mail is slowing everything to a crawl. I have a couple of gmail accounts, but actually prefer aol......until now.

aol did not perform to stop malware problems and notices about errors found and did not protect the system as promised
when offering a product to fix or prevent virus activity from occurring and the subscriber believes he is being protected from such AFTER signing up for that protection and is notified every 30 seconds that they are at RISK of malware and viruses and prompted to scan to get protection!! BAFFLING TO AN OLD GUY.

Here is the deal AOL you lock us out with Win 11 after downloading saying you don't recognize our account and we've been with you through the stone age, and then you have to get another code, and if you shut down your computer you lose your email and have to get another code and on, and on and on COSTLY our phone services or text CHARGE EACH TIME. The AOL news app is terrible. Often the articles don't even load when you click on them. The ads cover up the text.
Often the articles don't even load on the app. The slightest variance from vertical scrolling and you're Sent to the next article. The ads block parts of the text. Just awful

How about delivering my incoming emails the SAME DAY they were sent instead of 2 days LATE?????
AOL has been delivering some of my incoming emails up to 2 days LATE (after they were sent to me). I check my emails several times a day, and then all of a sudden I see a whole bunch of late emails 1 to 2 days after the fact. WTF??? Really annoying!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
