Poor excuse for email services
When I "move" an email to a folder, a copy stays in New Mail. If I delete the copy in New Mail it deletes it from the folder too! Please FIX THIS.

stop blocking a comment if your stupid ai cant differentiate between a comment about a death penalty case & asking that people be killed
really tired of your ai or moderators not understanding the context of the comment in relations to the story a person is commenting on. and even when you copy and paste something from the story to comment directly on that one part.... you guys block the comment and its in the STORY?????/

Simplify/improve the ability to remove offensive ads from flashing on email screen. There is a disgusting ad of someone cutting toenails.

Make a deal with MSN to permit Outlook to transmit AOL.com messages to MSN.com account holders
I've received the following messages when I try to send emails to an MSN.com email address via Outlook:
"Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

Remove Peoasis from advertising
Please remove a company called Peoasis, a Chinese company from Kow-Loon, from AOL. They are advertising a bogus product and taking advantage of our 250 year anniversary selling a wreath that they show as 3-D and is simply not. I purchased the same last year and received a flat pc of wood painted by a child, 12" wide. I am furious as I could not get my money back lest I pay 10 times the cost for shipping to China. Restore the ability to delete messages with the trashcan hovering next to the incoming message column. Too far away on the right.
Previously, the trashcan symbol was located on the far left of the inbox messages screen. WIth the update, it was moved to hover over the time and date column located on the far right. The demand on human eyes to shift to the right and have to work across the entire row to delete a message is taxing on the eye. It would be helpful to relocate the trashcan hover closer to the subject line of the message, whether new or old message.

When opening the Favorites on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge the folders are not showing up, but they show up on AOL Desktop Gold.

AOL email seems much slower than Google mail
Hello - many years ago I switched all of my email accounts to AOL except one. Ever since then I experience much slower email reception than my remaining Google account. I just sent an email from one of my AOL accounts to another with a 144kB pdf attachment and I still haven't received it. Then I sent the same email from my AOL account to my Google mail account and received it almost instantly. Why is this?? Investigate bug on email composing web page where text cursor frequently disappears or jumps while typing when an ad changes
This happens constantly to me when composing an email on AOL's website, and I noticed the timing coincides with the changing of the side or top ads. I have sometimes encountered it in other programs but not nearly as often. Ask your coders to check your event-processing and refresh logic.
