  1. go back to the old aol this one is awful

    Please go back to the old AOL or at least give people the option to stay at the old AOL. I think the new aol is terrible. It's too hard to delete mail and to hard to open and close it. When you go to open one email, other one opens and the Also, When you try to delete multiple emails it opens up another email

  2. Improve your Customer Relations team. They have sat on a problem of mine for two weeks. The entire problem is AOL's. It is unexplained.

    When AOL is wrong, admit it and fix it. You won't get new subscribers if current subscribers aren't treated effectively and efficiently. When you call Customer Support, the least you should send out is a confirmation that it was received and that it is in resolution.

  4. Make the local news LOCAL, not from a hundred miles away

    What is AOL's fascination with the Villages? Even Orlando or Jacksonville is closer. You call it local news, but there is nothing local about it. Make the local news local....we want to know what is happening at home, not somewhere that has no relation to us.

  5. Why are videos automatically playing in the news stream? Just started this week. Interrupts streaming back

    This interruption of the news stream is VERY irritating and pointless. It disrupts access to items. Stop it now!

  6. Search feature is useless!

    I need to be able to search and find an email I know was received. It never comes up on the search and instead I need to go through my deleted email to find it. This new email is useless and I'm testing out gmail already to just make the move over to a free service. There is no reason to pay for aol any longer.

    Fix Email When Email opens after starting AOL when the user clicks on a "New" email all of the other "New" emails disappear. The User has to leave AOl reopen AOL and hope the "New" email is still available. Fix it.

    Allow accounts (like mykecusa@netscape.net) to repost on aol.com after the account was denied the ability to post for a posting violation.
