Do not put disgusting videos of octopi or bugs in the "IN THE KNOW"
All day I've had to hold my hand up to the screen, blocking that disgusting octopus video. Since we can't close it, don't put anything revolting there. Fun stuff about kids, pets, recipes, etc are OK, but not disgusting !

Why do I have to delete spam twice in AOL? After delete it once, it should be deleted not go in to delete again
All you have to do, it is simple. Make spam go away when I delete all in spam postings. Is this really that hard for AOL to re-program this task? Why do I have to delete in spam menu and again shows up in delete again?

Gun Violence
To have an honest debate about gun violence all the evidence needs to be seen. Pictures of the crime scene and victims need to be available to the public. Without the pictures, the crime itself isn't real it's something you hear about but it goes away because there isn't an image to call to mind. I have had aol since my first puter. I kept the screen name so I pay almost $ 40 a month. I am not vile or very rude. I may be sarcastic at times but when a post is stopped I try to rewrite it as you wish. Now I can''t even post. I can get a new ISP without spending $ 40 a month. Password
I recently changed my passwords for both of my AOL accounts but everytime I try logging in, it keeps taking me through the cycle of entering my old password and then my new password again. It does not accept me entering in the new password that I changed it to. Please have your development team look into this issue. This is annoying and now I wish I never changed my password. I should have ignored the request to get a stronger password if I knew your system was going to keep asking me to enter a new password every time…
