  2. Why do you have a box to check that says stay verified when you are required to have a verification needed everytime i go to log on? Seems .

  8. Notify your account holders when site and App are down for hours with nothing functioning

    If we are not informed we can spend hours going in circles deleting account and app and reinstalling changing passwords with endless security codes to no avail. A nightmare

  11. How can we get tech support? Really has become impossible

    I have been trying to access my emails all day. I have called several numbers. Either no answer, or hold on and nothing happens. I just waisted my day accomplishing nothing. How do we get help if your are not responsive

  12. Put up numbers so people can call & talk to someone.

    I called the first time, got an answer & then no one spoke back. I called again & got I am sorry, but the number you have dialed have restrictions. I called one more time and i finally got through. I was told my waiting time to talk to someone was less than 5 minutes and next thing I know I got hung up on. Your numbers that you leave for people to call do not work. Try fixing the issue by leaving the right numbers for people to call to talk to someone.

  14. Well, have someone to answer your help lines or have someone to answer the chat line.

    No AOL mail service works and the 800 customer support and technical help lines ring until the time out. The live chat doesn't connect because, it says, no agent is available.

  16. Why is my mail unavailable? I need access NOW

    AOL is my main email provider. You absolutely can not have your mail servers down for any reason. You have to have backup or whatever. It's just not OK to not have access when I need it.

  17. Poor Help Service

    Why does all the help number say "The Number Has Calling Restrictions" meaning that thee is NO help unless you start to subscribe. All I get when accessing my mail is " An Error Occured when fetching your mail" and Try back later,well I have tried back later and later and later and it is still the same. Then calling the numbers show all have the same statement that they have calling restrictions. Either fix your help and system or tell us we need to go elsewahere for our e mail.

  18. Why does AOL try to get married people to cheat on their spouses?

    I am fed up with all the dating ads. Why do you send them to married people? Trying to get them to cheat? Plus, I have never been a lesbian and take offence at being targeted to try dating one. You guys push this agenda and it's sickening. I am a paying customer, and married 40 years now, I should not have to deal with this disgusting stuff. Just stop!

    NO, I WILL NOT CANCEL AD BLOCKER BECAUSE YOU MORONS THINK THAT FILLING A PAGE OVER 3/4 FULL OF USELESS ANNOYING ADS IS OK. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTEREST IN ANY OF THSE FREAKING ADS AND THE SMALL WINDOW WHERE THE 'NEWS' APPEARED WAS NEARLY TOO SMALL TO READ, BUT, THE ADS WERE IN FULL, HUGE PRINT. NOW, THERE ARE POP-UPS OF AOL WANTING ME TO CANCEL IT? NO FREAKING WAY! VERY DOUBTFUL THAT ME HAVING AD BLOCKER WILL 'INTERFERE WITH THE PAGES OPERATION'. THEY ARE ADS, NOTHING MORE THAN ANNOYING ATTEMPT TO GET ME TO GIVE OUT MY INFORMATION…
