Keep headlining political stories with no comments sections if you hate free speech
Perhaps there's a reason why you don't have a comments section on certain "news" stories. What could possibly be the reason for that? Whoops we forgot? Or perhaps you want to silence any opposing views? Or perhaps you're too afraid people will expose your choices of headlines as being an absolute disgrace to new coverage?

No comments about the article How 'Let's Go Brandon' became code for insulting Joe Biden because it is FALSE. The chants started in early September at three different college football games. AOL will NOT publish the truth or let readers comment when it involves negative and untruthful statements about the GOP.

ok, we get it, the ads 'may' help pay for whatever they want to sell you, but to put them on every d*nm page is ridiculous! if we 'x' it out on the first page, chances are, they will be 'x'd' out on every page. i paid for an ad blocker because having a page full of ads and a small window for whatever i'm trying to read is ridiculous. so, ok, we get it, ads help the article writers, but enough is enough, stop allowing that banner on every page. it is too the point where i will click…

My idea is to have you stop screwing with it. My AOL Gold has disappeared for no good reason on my laptop. I was on it yesterday...today,
You people have me close to putting together a plan to get out of aol completely. I do not need this aggravation of you screwing with my screen. My AOL Gold icon has disappeared and I have to go thru edge to sign on to aol and then it is completely unlike what I am used to. I am furious.

Make Verizon use English for their ads online. This is America - not Mexico or Spain!
Remove your censorship algorithms online in the comments sections of your news stories. This is America - not China, Russia or North Korea! You are only defeating the otherwise desirability of your internet service to the public and could result in loss of popularity and paying customers if you keep it up. Millions paid with their blood to give us freedom of speech and censoring it only makes you look horrible and your otherwise great service, no longer desirable.

You are consistently, and seemingly, DEFIANTLY, choosing to allow illiterate folks to "write" for AOL. Spend some of your $$$ on teaching proper ENGLISH GRAMMAR. If they don't understand it, then, they shouldn't be allowed to write articles or headings that appear on the Internet. Most definitely, they are a HORRIBLE example for young people to follow, insofar as HOW TO WRITE, PROPERLY. So, doggonit, do something about this consistently BAD writing!!!!!

Stop censoring comments on basis of political orientation. Right now, comments that don't tow the Leftist agenda, are flagged as "not meeting community guidelines", Whose community? Certainly, not the USA's!

Videos under headlines don’t always match headlines. Sometimes the video relating to the story is buried in the story but sometimes it’s not. What’s the point then?

Automatic captions on video screen
Automatic captions are annoying because they block video content. The cc captions, at the bottom and not interfering with the video, are already available if necessary. Please remove.

the aol help function is no function at all. No index of various problems. And.... when I call tech service, you get an operator who barely speaks english, and whos accent is terrible. Then they go thru a horrendous process of verification, where aol COULD set up a simple verification question. But it doesnt because it hates its customers.
