ALL COMMENTS GOOD OR BAD ARE REJECTED IN ANY AND ALL POSTING WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES OR SITE? FIX IT MY COMMENTS HAVE BEEN TO THE POINT AND CONVERSATIONS IN THE POSTING.

You cannot block specific scam or spam addresses. you should be able on access through a mobile device to block senders. Also, the app and portal populates potential old email contacts and there is no way to delete them. The folder contacts states no contacts, but aol must be caching them somewhere out of reach

Even if I type "I Agree" into the comment box, when I hit send it says that my message violated aol's something or another and gets REJECTED.
WHAT????
What is wrong with aol.
Also, I sent an email and aol said they would get back to me shortly.....Over a month ago now and still nothing.

I took a picture of something you allowed on a story. I have been censored for things not even close to what you allowed. This person used the full term MF and many other foul words. I guess it was allowed because it was directed toward Trump. If you are going to censor posts then make the rules apply to everyone!

Comments Section Problems
AOL is rejecting comments that do not violate community standards. I believe that I have been targeted by AOL for censorship. AOL refuses to allow customers to speak to an AOL representative who can assist with resolving improper rejections. This is poor customer service as there should be a way to resolve a rejected comment complaint and AOL should be specific (highlight) what words within the comment are being deemed against community standards to allow the author an opportunity to correct the offensive word. Longtime AOL customer and this is POOR service.

Spam settings are idiotic
Stop sending half of my mail to the spam folder. Starring it and making it VIP does nothing because it still goes to spam. I don't need you to babysit my email. I'm a grown ******* and can go thru my email as I see fit. Bring back the allow all mail option you use to have. Just like good little commies you have to try to control everything and it's getting on my **** nerves.
