2. Fix your email problem for when 2 people use different ones.

   My wife & I both made an account, each one is different on aol, but we only have 1 computer. When I sign into my acct. it says my name at the top.Then when go to email, I end up getting my wife's acct. Can't ever get my email at all. I think I will have to switch to another search engine. Oh yes, I'm familiar with computers and understand search engines. This is something else.

6. You need to review the comments more closely rather than just rejecting them.

   I just recently posted a comment to the article "6 Idyllic Getaways That You Won't Believe Are in the Midwest" that said Madeline Island was in Minnesota waters on Lake Superior. I read further and found another mistake and I tried post another comment and was rejected. I wrote this.

   Parade magazine needs to have, as an old boss of mine would say, "a moment of alignment" with their writer Ms. Claire Gallam. She writes, "Beaver Island, perched in the northernmost waters of Lake Michigan, is as close to Canada as you can get." AGAIN, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? Beaver Island is in Lake Michigan and is the only Great Lake entirely within the United States. No part of Lake Michigan touches Canada. In fact, there is about 70 miles of Lake Michigan and the Upper Peninsula between Beaver Island and Canada. Does she mean that there are no American islands closer to Canada? Wrong again, there are only about 60 American islands closer to Canada including Mackinac, Garder, Hog, St. Helena, Drummond and Bois Blanc just to name a few. Is this incompetence, or just laziness? Or is this AI? In which case the intelligence isn't just artificial, it is nonexistent.

   My point is, that this kind of reporting (notice I didn't say journalism) is a joke. So, who is reviewing the comments? Is it AOL or is it Parade? My comments are accurate and fair. Ms Gallam of Parade should be embarrassed by not taking two minutes using Google to fact check her article.

    The last couple of weeks the amount of spam I'm receiving has increased by an order of magnitude. In the same time, your spam filters are catching significantly less of it. This needs to be fixed. Maybe you should use some of that AI that we're all being told is so wonderful.

16. stop changing the system when one deletes something

    When a person is on page 5 and delete something, the system takes me back to page 1 instead of continuing on page 5 where a person was. This update is a problem and creates wasting time getting back to the page where someone is reading messages. This idea is a waste of time for people and very time consuming. Prefer that AOL really thinks about the effrects that occur when they update the system. I was told this is a quirk/problem and needs to be addressed!

    after aol went down, we all found our separate places, but yeah, would be nice if aol came back =) I know a ton of artists somewhat, including Jons Stewart, avril lavinge, and yeah I got Colbert his start on cbs. kinda, but yeah, Stewarts a producer there too, and yeah, was a great place, would've been nice with apple script (ie tell aol.app to send im to Whitehouse; I think) but yeah, has its roots and yes, was aohell for almost ao-everyone, including aoc, who is running for senate or something, I don't know, can you bring back aol. long story there. also I run an ai upstart at unidef.net (don't go there or someone will hack your frame buffer, probably MSNBC or worse)

20. Not 24/7 Support!

    There are 3 telephone numbers listed for AOL's 24/7 support. All 3 numbers lead to the same automated recording that informs the caller that they are closed and are open during normal business hours. Either make support actually available 24/7 or remove the button that say '24/7 Help' in the email box! Seriously....this is basic. Get it together AOL or get out of the internet biz cause you are not performing nearly at the level your competitors are.
