Stop advertising fraudulant company "GovPlus or Gov+"
Was wanting to renew Passport and AOL advertised this company to use.& that it would make it easy to get completed....haha ..Completely bogus. Please check what is advertised to see if it is legitimate company. Thank goodness my c/c company agreed to refund my $97.00 !!!!

Harassment on June 24- Unwarranted racist blocking to my accoumt
AOL racists blocked my account even when I entered correct password and AOL provided code. AOL fascists have issue with people having lap top and iphone. Accusation of scam because you use both? I like use big screen at home but I have right to use iphone when I watch TV. You harassing me constantly. I may contact authorities about this racist unwarranted attack,

My AOL is not filtering out spams. It used to be great at this. I may change to gmail as result . Please fix it!
Please put back the old algorithms to filter out spam. In the past few days, I suddenly have LOTS of spam getting through. AOL has in the past been great at filtering spam out, but no longer! Very sad.

Comments on news articles have an issue typing in text
When trying to write a comment the text box seems to blink/stutter and then it stop accepting keyboard inputs until i click on the comment box again. This is happening across multiple browser and aol desktop gold. Clearing the cache and cookies didnt help and ive been dealing with this issue for a couple of weeks.

There needs to be more communications between call center and IT for AOL.
I had files missing from a folder that I had named. I spoke to customer service and a supervisor, who advised me that they don't communicate with IT/Engineer who would know about missing files. I certainly didn't delete those items because they are saved items. AOL stated a 24-hour restore of my files, but my issue is, why are they gone in the first place if they weren't deleted? There needs to be more work to ensure customers' files don't go missing.

Not an idea, I need help as soon as possible. I use to receive my mail 75 to 100 bits of mail evey day than somehow now I only receive 1 or 2 pieces of mail. the fix that was sent to you expert techs at AOL this morning....has been fixed. No need to work on it
A ordinary person showed me how to fix the font in the 'subject' box. The AOL tech this morning couldn't....so she said she would be sending to another AOL tech dept. Now there is no need to try to fix it. A friend of mine walked me thru it this afternoon. Font size has been returned to 'normal.'

Better security
My latest credit card received a fraud charge. I have only provided that card information to AOL. What can you do to prevent that from happening again? Is YAHOO somehow involved? Or some of the services I signed up for?

Why can I not block the email address? It’s common knowledge that unpaid tolls is a scam. This one is from Italy and BIMI verified it’s a legitimate business. A scam business email. You haven’t figured out the spam feature yourselves.

Remove malicious ads at the top of inbox
Recently, every time we sign into AOL Mail, at the top line of our inbox is invariably the same malvertising ad that claims something like “your cloud storage is almost full.” It looked legitimate, and once, before seeing the “Ad” annotation, I clicked on it, taking me to a page that I believe was infested with malware, and that also asked for login or personal information. (The domain name may have been, in part, something like ‘rootkitrodeo’.) I had to wipe my device and start fresh before I felt safe again. Please allow VOIP phone numbers for two-factor authentication
Currently, VOIP phone numbers cannot be added for AOL Mail account recovery or two-factor authentication. This means that if something goes wrong when porting our cell phone numbers to a new carrier, and we somehow lose the numbers, we won’t be able to use our VOIP landline to recover our email accounts.
