Need help getting rid of an ad that keeps popping up
I clicked on what I thought was an email titled "Neurological Institute." Now I'm constantly get ads from the same place or something that's related. There is no box to the left of it for me to choose delete or report as spam, etc. Instead of a box there is a picture that if I click on opens the ad. The customer service rep I was speaking with told me to ask for someone like head of technical assistance, but I forget their exact title. My case is #31016390

Poor excuse for email services
When I "move" an email to a folder, a copy stays in New Mail. If I delete the copy in New Mail it deletes it from the folder too! Please FIX THIS.

Make a deal with MSN to permit Outlook to transmit AOL.com messages to MSN.com account holders
I've received the following messages when I try to send emails to an MSN.com email address via Outlook:

Remove Peoasis from advertising
Please remove a company called Peoasis, a Chinese company from Kow-Loon, from AOL. They are advertising a bogus product and taking advantage of our 250 year anniversary selling a wreath that they show as 3-D and is simply not. Restore the ability to delete messages with the trashcan hovering next to the incoming message column. Too far away on the right.
Previously, the trashcan symbol was located on the far left of the inbox messages screen. WIth the update, it was moved to hover over the time and date column located on the far right. The demand on human eyes to shift to the right and have to work across the entire row to delete a message is taxing on the eye. It would be helpful to relocate the trashcan hover closer to the subject line of the message, whether new or old message.
