AOL Webmail not working with Windows XP Version 2002 Professional running Chrome browser
Since 9/24/2025, AOL Webmail does not work with Windows XP Version 2002 Professional on a 3.2 GHz Pentium 4 processor with 2 GB RAM. Something has changed with the entry screens or the length of the address after the Password is entered. AOL just spins and AOL Basic mail is not available to view despite AOL's statement that Chrome on XP is capable of using webmail in basic mode. My thinking is that something changed in the background after 9/24/2025 to render Windows XP obsolete but AOL did not notify the user community about this change. I did notice a…

Have actual news in your newsfeed instead of all the clickbait you keep adding
Today, there were only about three real news stories and the rest was clickbait and entertainment "news." Is AOL for children now? Grow up, AOL. Have real news instead of stories about puppies and what celebrity is doing this or wearing that. Drop all the **** from Reddit that are mostly made up stories that people post on Reddit to see how much traffic and how many comments they can get. Reddit is NOT a news source.

COMMENT SECTION: "Something Went Wrong" screen...
"Oops, something went wrong :(
We detected some connectivity issues therefore we’re unable to load the Conversation" RETRYHere's another constant problem with the Comments Section. If it's not one thing, it's another. There's no issue with my computer's connectivity; yet on numerous occasions, the above notice appears. And when you try clicking on the RETRY button...CRICKETS. Absolutely nothing happens. Being a paying AOL customer is beginning to be more problematic than it's worth. You're going to start losing patrons by the droves if you can't get your software to consistently work properly.

Fix the ability to comment on news articles. You have been contacted (and I see by many more people than just me) and you have yet to fix i
Make the commenting section on AOL news available to long-time users again. I called Tech support but they are useless - it has been weeks since this problem started. I have been using AOL for 26 YEARS and this is how you treat long time users? I am tempted to cancel my AOL account and go to another mail/news provider.

At the direction of tech support, and a senior technician at AOL, I am submitting feedback for a technical issue
Up until this morning, I've been able to check my *.cs.com email in the Gmail app on my Android phone. I have two *.cs.com accounts, the other one works just fine using imap.aol.com and port 993, and smtp.aol.com using port 465. And using SSL\TLS. But the other *.cs.com account won't authenticate against those mail servers. It doesn't work with the csi.com domain either, which support asked me to try. The error is username or password is incorrect. I'm able to get to my email in a browser at mail.aol.com, and through the AOL mail app which I installed on my…

Every single comment I make on AOL is "rejected." Why are you violating my Constitutional rights of freedom of speech?
Every comment I make whether it be against fascism or agree with a certain policy is rejected. Why are you blocking my free speech? Not to mention others. Is it because I am not for the genocide in Gaza to redevelop it into golf courses, time share rip off hotels, malls of stuff that will end up in landfills & thrift stores, and multi million dollar homes for the people behind the bloodshed?

Need an ad rewind feature!
I actually don't mind having ads on the right - many of them are interesting (based on years of training your ad engine via clicks :-)). However, sometimes I see something go by that I'd like to investigate, but it's gone before I have had a chance to click on it (e.g., a particular guitar advertisement). I wish there were a "back" button, like in a browser, so that one could see the ads just shown (or recently shown). Seems like a feature that would get you more clicks and therefore more click-thru income from advertisers...
