Get rid of this new format. It is terrible.

new format for email is unuseable, does not work
Todays ( 28th June 2023 ) new format for email is unusable, does not work. In Firefox, If you click on a message in the inbox, the message does not open, all that happens is that the same inbox opens in a new window. And you still cannot open or read the messages in that. Useless, untested, and of course AOL's UTTERLY HOPELESS SUPPORT applies, so no way of communicating or getting a result.

Why is it we get "Page not available, go to inbox" or "Try AOL Free email". Why can't we just click on "EMAIL" and Walaa, there's the email. Trying to get email anymore is getting to be a job in itself.

I see I'm not the only one who hates the new mail format, it's awful. I see dates, but not times. I haven't found the quick address list.
Bring back the old format. Did we have a choice? Please listen to your long time members and at least allow us to choose one or the other. If this keeps up, I guess gmail will be my next move.

Local news and weather
I put in local news and weather for Las Vegas, NV. I get the weather but not the news from there, I get it for a small town just out side of Las Vegas!!! What the heck??? I used to get it, how do you ***** up that???

Deleted Email Search
PLEASE bring back the ability to scan deleted emails when doing an email search! Sometimes I delete an email and am no longer able to retrieve it since deleted emails no longer appear in email search results.

Fix printer icon
Hi,
Whenever I click on the print button in my current version of AOL (not the new) it does not bring up the print dialogue box. Instead it switches over to the new AOL version. Can you please fix this?

let me drag a photo into the text as I could in the old format.
I often have a photo I need comment on. It speeds things up if I can just drag the photo into the text box so the recipient can see instantly what I am discussing.
