put the link for mail back on the home screen . This should be a common sense issue for your IT squad.What is going on?!!!

The little square box next to each e-mail has too little leadway in how you access it. Too many times it goes to the e-mail next to the box
I use BCC for forward of e-mails. You try to click on the BCC, but all you get is the CC. If you do get the BCC, you get some sort of box of things that seem to have nothing to do with BCC.

I can never click on the mail/envelope icon and have my mailbox open, it always goes to another screen with some kind of advertisement.
Need to stop making numerous 'clicks' on the envelope icon necessary just to open the mailbox. Totally dumb, too time consuming, need to put it back to the way it was.
Also need to make the main screen like it use to be, now everything is too large, have to minimize to get everything on the screen, but then type is way to small.
WHY did you change a good thing to a troublesome application?

"Generate Password Unavailable"
I use Outlook iOS for my mail and in order to do so, AOL must generate a password for me. The password is unstable as i often have to input (and generate) a new one. For the past 5 days, this option is unavailable. This has happened before and i just had to wait. I called the helpline and they do not have an explanation or a reason why this happens and only tell me to wait. Why is this happening and why is it unstable in general. This is quite frustrating. I look forward to your reply and explanation.

new format for email is unuseable, does not work
Todays ( 28th June 2023 ) new format for email is unusable, does not work. In Firefox, If you click on a message in the inbox, the message does not open, all that happens is that the same inbox opens in a new window. And you still cannot open or read the messages in that. Useless, untested, and of course AOL's UTTERLY HOPELESS SUPPORT applies, so no way of communicating or getting a result.

Why is it we get "Page not available, go to inbox" or "Try AOL Free email". Why can't we just click on "EMAIL" and Walaa, there's the email. Trying to get email anymore is getting to be a job in itself.
