New news format is good (maybe) and very, very bad. NAVIGATION is horrible.
Navigation in new news format is horrid. Takes many clicks and much time to get back to article list. It's so bad that I now go off site to find the article which caught my eye. Interesting to have similar articles concatenated, but not worth the effort. Previous format was better. And, way, way too many ads--my browser won't show many because they are too big.

HORRIBLY SLOW - I go off to do other things while AOL is trying to catch up
It takes several seconds to delete contents of the Spam or Trash folders. There's NO reason for this delay, and I'm considering a permanent forward to another email provider.

Not a good idea to turn off being able to vote up or down whether I agree or disagree with the commentary.
Tried to disagree, thumbs down, would not allow me, not once, not twice, but three separate comments. Shame on AOL, soon no comments like CNN.

Responding to issues/concerns
While I know that ya'll have no idea about customer service and responding to concerns...I'll put this out there (unless, I know)..I had been in AOL jail for about a year..then about 3 weeks ago was released and commented (very nicely..learned my lesson..thank you big brother...NOW I'm back in jail for no apparent reason...WHATS UP? AGAIN, I know that NO ONE from AOL reads these comments even tho its says to help improve the "AOL Experience"..HaHa...and then in your header it says.."This forum is not monitored for any support related issues"...Thus a waste of time...but...

What the **** is wrong with AOL today? It's the Juneteenth holiday, June 19, 2023. Does that mean email is closed for the ******** ******* day? This is not the first feedback message I've tried to send. I clicked to post my idea, and even though I am already signed in, it tells me I must log in. Jeezus ******* Christ! I cannot begin to express how ******** ******* angry this is making me! It has been non-operational now for more than enough hours for you mother ******* idiot ******* idiots to have fixed it many times already. In case…

I pay $24 each month to use this service. Why do I have to be bothered with ads on my email? I could use a free service and not pay for ad
Stop posting ads on e-mails that are being paid for.

Fix email
Change is not always bad. But the new email format is plain awful. I just found out another mess. I read my email and it goes to "old mail" like before but I can go there and "Keep as New". Now I want to go to NYTimes Or some other place, hit my Back Button and I have the previous email screen "Oh,nuts" and delete the window (dumb idea there, folks, why can't I just back out of AOL mail into a new search box????)
But wait there's more: After I leave AOL mail, when I come back the previous…5084th ranked -

Illegal censorship
Have made ss and videos of the comments you have rejected over the last months compared to those you allowed that I have copies of from 2020 against conservatives and sending to our reps in Washington. Also that you have illegally blocked me and looks like by the comments following many others. I will be pushing for an investigation of your business practices!

Biden selling his office.
How about running a story about Joe Biden using email alias's, off shore bank accounts and shell companies with his son Hunter, so he could sell his office's influence to our enemies?
