    Insinuating the officers who resigned in Kenly were racists is shameful on AOL's part. Maybe they should have researched why they quit first. Nope right to the race card. AOL is part of the problem in our country. It's a shame they chose not to be part of the solution.

    If crating a new account, a cell phone number is needed. Why?
    I don't have and don't want such thing. Must I buy such thing for AOL?
    In addition, I read on the internet that there are anonymous SIM cards. Where is the security, then?
    Someone who wants to ***** things up obtains to such a SIM card. And your security is gone.
    I could also take a prepaid ticket, put that one time in another phone and you don't get on with it.

  17. CAN'T ACCESS MY EMAIL. CAN'T RESET PASSWORD. WAS TOLD I HAVE TO BUY A PREMIUM ACCT FOR IT TO BE FIXED!!!

    No longer have email access. Can't reset my password. No matter what I try, I always end up on the 'Uh Oh page' EVERY TIME - Called but NO help! Said in order to be fixed-I need to buy a premium account. (But that I don't have to keep it. --Suspicious & weird.) Is this a glitch or is this intentional to force your longtime users to pay.
