  11. my contacts information is not on this new stupid format, I liked it the way it was so go back to what we had.

    Get rid of this newest format and go back to what we had. My contacts have now disappeared and I have them NO WHERE ELSE....I am furious and the AOL COMMENTS SECTIONS isn't coming up anymore, why?

  12. Elimination of paid ads from email

    It is interesting, no, almost criminal, that AOL is charging users who want to remove paid advertisements from emails, particularly since AOL is the culprit allowing ads in the first place. You deluge us with paid ads and then you want to charge us to get rid of them.
