the ads cover the news area so that you cannot scroll through the news stories. When you click on the ad, it STILL won't go away when you return to the news. SMH aren't you people smarter than this? I won't and never will buy anything from any of these companies, nor will I click on an ad again just to get rid of it. I will stop using your news site instead!

How can I be unbanned from commenting on AOL community articles?
I have been banned from commenting on any and all comment sections in the AOL community/articles. 25 pus year member and I've been banned now for over 2 years, without any warning or explanation. Please advise how I can be reinstated.

RESTORE THE OLD FORMAT
Today the Quick access file was removed. Yesterday My folders in the Favorite section are gone. You did away with the Alphabetizing of my contact list and now I'm forced to scroll to find a contact. Addresses do not appear when selecting contact. Instead I get a name with a silly emoji preceding it. What am I? Some sort of child. Worse of all my secondary sign in account which was seldom used was completely erased. Years of photos and documents plus paid for programs are gone. It won't we long before I'll be gone. Stop moving things around. Just when you get used to where everything is you move it, change it and not for the better.
Leave things alone unless they are broken or get a major majority of suggestions/complaints. Moving things around just to make it look different but not making it better, easier or more user friendly is insane.

News Interruption
I used to be able to go one by one through your news articles on aol.com. Now, not only do you interrupt the progression, I can't go back to an article. Most of the time I leave the website at the first interruption. It wasn't broken, Why did you fix it? It's now broken. I am now one less person to read your ads.

My comments keeps on getting rejected every time i post a comment. I have been experiencing this since November. I have already contacted AOL Tech support for thrice they did clear cache and cookies on my AOL Desktop Gold but it is still not working. They told me to leave a feedback and wait. Hoping for your response as soon as possible.

Stop making us sign in even though we've checked "stay signed in"!!!!
I have called to complain several times and see no hope of you changing this STUPID new policy of always having to sign in after ever change of location -- even my home to my apartment! I can never check mail from a hotel or other public place because it's not secure to sign in! YOU GIVE ME NO RECOURSE BUT TO LEAVE AFTER 30 YEARS. PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME LEAVE. Change nothing.
It is a pleasure to read informative reporting without drowning it gratuitous bias. I've been away from AOL for a while, and you can't imagine how pleased and surprised I was to see the professional approach AOL takes these days to describing news stories. I feel like I need a shower or bath after reading anything posted on Microsoft, or MSNBC, or CNN, etc. Those people think the problem is with "pronouns." No, with them the problem is with the "Adjectives"!

Allow email to be searchable by "star" highlight
Allow users to mark emails with several colors of stars (not just the one color available now), and allow the star and star color to be searchable. This will make it easier to sort, categorize, organize, recover email.
