First, without detail I can’t make improvements in the future!!! Second, you have made a subjective judgement about a comment that reflects ideas publicly expressed by people considered experts in their field. One is Mary Trump, a Clinical Psychologist. Please allow VOIP phone numbers for two-factor authentication
Currently, VOIP phone numbers cannot be added for AOL Mail account recovery or two-factor authentication. This means that if something goes wrong when porting our cell phone numbers to a new carrier, and we somehow lose the numbers, we won’t be able to use our VOIP landline to recover our email accounts.

I am having difficulty adding my debit card to my account. An error message "we're having technical difficulties - please try again.
I am having difficulty adding my debit card to my account. An error message: " We are so sorry! We are having technical issues. Please try again later." keeps coming up when I am trying to enter the debit card information. I was online with AOL Tech support for almost an hour without success. Tech Support advised me to write a posting to be able to fix this technical difficulty and that I might have to wait 24 hours before trying again. I have been a faithful AOL customer for over 2 decades. I never speak vulgar, and I never threatened anybody. My ability to make comments has been discontinued for over 6 years. I have over 3000 likes documented on AOL profile.
