   About 2 years ago, you changed your mail format. Now, there is not much space to compose an email or reply to an email or forward an email. The old version gave you a whole blank page to write an email. I have used AOL my whole life and want the old mail format version back. Please let me know how we can get that format back. Thank you. 10. Fix the glitch when composing a post in an article's comment section.

    There's a glitch in your system. For weeks now, whenever you compose a post in the comments section of one of your articles, if someone else posts something, or clicks on a like (thumbs up) or dislike (thumbs down), it continually knocks you out of the composition box. You have to scroll back to it and place the cursor where you left off. Maybe, just maybe, you can type a few more words before it happens again. It is EXTREMELY annoying. Customers have had to complain about this to your IT department before; they're doing plenty of complaining about it online. You need to address this issue and program a viable solution across-the-board for ALL of your customers.

12. Fix the spam problem

    Why can't you manage to block emails from people we don't want to hear from? It started with moving unwanted emails to the Remove folder and then you came up with the sol called "filters" we could add to our account that gave you the specific email address we wanted block - that was a ridiculous failure. Time after time emails I had created a filter for showed up in my in-box. That wasn't a horrible problem because at that time I was only getting two or three spam emails a day.

    Now you're offering to "block senders". Just another lie. Either you have some of the dumbest IT staff people working for you, or just simply the laziest. I've designate fifty different sites I was blocked so they can't send emails to my box. Not only have virtually none of the designated senders been blocked but the volume of spam has multiplies to about 50 unwanted emails every single day. It is beyond ridiculous.

    FYI, frequently when I am asked for my email address and give my AOL email I get a wisecrack or snicker from the person who asked me. That's where your reputation is these days and the trend is still diving. I've been an AOL mail user for over 20 years, but there isn't anything better about you site at all.

    Hi Guys, for a few weeks now I am not receiving emails for the comments I make on AOL News stories. In the email it would say; xx-person likes your comment, or xx-person replied to your comment.
