"Partner Ads" for US 250th Anniversary hats need to be checked for potential scam/fraud. Buyers beware!
Hats are really nice looking. The advertising is very patriotic and they care about their customers, bla, bla, bla. Run their ***.com ("who is 'their name'.com") and you may find several Scam/Fraud Warnings. Also, read their Terms of Service (so much fun). What's their address??? Woops, they must have forgot to add that! WOW, so many items you can't return, repeated over and over again throughout TOS. Hmm, it's starting to look like all they wanted was my credit card info. They have the order, getting it ready, said the e-mail order conformation. Did they ship it yet?

HOW ABOUT KEEPING THE FREAKING ARROWS IN ONE PLACE!
FIX YOUR ARROWS! TRY KEEPING THEM IN THE SAME PLACE ON ALL THE ARTICLES SO THAT YOU DON'T KEEP HAVING TO CLICK OUT OF AN UNWANTED ARTICLE WHEN YOU CLICK WHERE THE ARROW(S) WERE FOR THRE OR MORE ARTICLES! EXTREMELY ANNOYING TO HAVETO KEEP WATCHING FOR WHERE YOU MOVED THEM TOO TO AVOID CLICKING ON SOMETHING LIKE AN AD, OLD STORY, AB=NTI TRUMP B.S. OR SOMETHING ABOUT TAYLOR SWIFT ALL THE TIME

When we enter the secret code sent to her ;phone, the AOL page automatically reverts to MY email which is rmaness@verizojn.net and it will NOT allow me to change her password. Your "paid" service agent would not assist!!

Treat your legacy customers correctly you have messed with my original compuserve Email address and not upgraded its certificates etc
I have an original compuserve email address which AOL have not kept up to date so it gives warnings when I use it. The address was originally only in numerical form then to use it they gave me a name form address to use it in the aol system . I want to keep on using the old numerical email address . I feel they are abusing their monopoly power and sooner or later they will be called out for it (eg by one of the departments or directorates of the European commission)
I have my own domain but i…2857th ranked -

Still can't post comments on articles
All my comments get auto rejected, no matter what the article is nor what I say, then get an auto email saying it was rejected and reminding me of the rules which I didn't break. No way of getting someone to look at this. Got this way after the 47 regime was installed into power.

Please Remove the "10 Best Shoes" Ad
You have been running this story for at least 2 months. Please take it down, The price of the shoes is ridiculous. If anyone wanted to know which shoes to buy, they would have read the article by now!

stop changing the system when one deletes something
When a person is on page 5 and delete something, the system takes me back to page 1 instead of continuing on page 5 where a person was. This update is a problem and creates wasting time getting back to the page where someone is reading messages. This idea is a waste of time for people and very time consuming. Prefer that AOL really thinks about the effrects that occur when they update the system. I was told this is a quirk/problem and needs to be addressed!

Not 24/7 Support!
There are 3 telephone numbers listed for AOL's 24/7 support. All 3 numbers lead to the same automated recording that informs the caller that they are closed and are open during normal business hours. Either make support actually available 24/7 or remove the button that say '24/7 Help' in the email box! Seriously....this is basic. Get it together AOL or get out of the internet biz cause you are not performing nearly at the level your competitors are.

How about Less Ads & More News
The home page (with the 50-60 "news" stories) has too many click-bait type advertisements and things to shop for. It our opinion, proportionally, there's really not much news. It's mostly ads.

get rid of HuffPost content. Besides, they all have had their "minds blown"!
HuffPost content is so "click baity" and poorly conceived. I would hope that AOL would offer unbiased news content to their "dozens of subscribers".
How many times can you title an article as, "Minds blown over....", or "so and so will blow your mind"?5072nd ranked -
