  1. Fix your links on the Manage Subscriptions page so we can actually click them - Specifically the change plan link.

    Please fix the links on your Manage Subscriptions page. The links on the right hand side of the page under Useful Links are not useful...they don't even work. I have been trying to change my plan, but I can't because it keeps sending me in a loop. Customer service wants me to call, but it would be so much easier and less time-consuming for all of us if you would just fix the links. Thanks

  2. Fix the sign in

    I keep getting "We can’t sign you in right now. Please try again in a while". This is a regularly reoccurring problem that needs to be addressed by the dream team that created it.

  3. Emails seen as read issue

    New emails is being tag as read and go straight to old mail instead of new mail and cannot send group or "CC" email to other contacts.

  4. NEED BETTER WAYS FLOR EMAIL VERIFICATION

    If I have the CORRECT PASSWORD I shouldn't have to verify myself!! with that being said...TRY OFFERING MORE USER FRIENDLY WAYS such as A security question where the answer wouldn't change or time, such as "What city and state were you born in?"

  8. Why has the block sender option been removed from the MORE tab in the email section ?

    why does AOL allow so much spam to collect unnecessarily.

    I use other email accounts with little to NO spam items in my account.

  11. Why do you have a box to check that says stay verified when you are required to have a verification needed everytime i go to log on? Seems .

    Stop requiring a text or email verification code every single time I go to log in my email.

  16. Notify your account holders when site and App are down for hours with nothing functioning

    If we are not informed we can spend hours going in circles deleting account and app and reinstalling changing passwords with endless security codes to no avail. A nightmare

  20. How can we get tech support? Really has become impossible

    I have been trying to access my emails all day. I have called several numbers. Either no answer, or hold on and nothing happens. I just waisted my day accomplishing nothing. How do we get help if your are not responsive
