    Why is the heading or topic Mail missing in left column on Edge browser but not the Chrome browser? I like it on left column so tend to use that browser.

    If you people want to change things that we dont want you to, at least make it work properly before making the change. It takes forever for the email section to come up now since you went to this new style. Either put it the way it was or fix the new style.

    The Bed, Bath & Beyond story is a SCAM.
    The company takes your money and has no intent on shipping you anything. They get you by offering a low price and then get you to provide them with your credit card info.

  7. Please bring back the old format and the themes too!

    The old format was fine it didn't need improved. Also you omitted the many themes from the old format. I don't like the new themes. This upgrade isn't good, it's more like a downgrade. I might have to leave AOL after many decades. Please take action soon.

    I have been completely banned from commenting on articles since the last State of the Union Address for mentioning Sarah Huckabee Sanders. Her name is not a violation of your rules. You need to stop violating the rights of American citizens.

  15. Give back the option of a default setting for CC/BCC being there on every email I compose

    Why on earth did you take away the default setting allowing us to have CC/BCC open for every email we write? This is a major inconvenience that will force me to leave after 28 years. I can't believe you tested this on actual users. Do you know the German word "schlimmbesserung"? It means an "improvement" that makes things worse. You have achieved a quintessential schlimmbesserung here.

  18. new format SUCKS !!!

    Your new format is so ridiculous. I have e'mails that have disappeared into the great beyond never to be seen again. I ridiculously HARD to figure out... somethings have dots, some have stars - what the **** does that all mean. I have some e'mails appearing that I have NEVER seen before. GO BACK TO THE LAST FORMAT SOON BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE ME AS A CUSTOMER.

  19. Return the old email program - it worked

    Your "new" email has more bugs than were planted in the the "new" American Embassy in Moscow. I try to delete an email, it opens it. I try to close or delete it, it takes 2 or 3 minutes to reset. And then the same process again. When I open the program I see 5 or 6 sections of emails I have no idea why they are being presented. Some I saved, some I thought I deleted. But what I want to see are the most recent emails in chronological order. Even trying to make adjustments is worse than trying…
