  1. STOP THE VIDEOS

    Videos interrupt the news on the main page. WHY? How do I stop these ****** videos from cutting in on reading news stories? How do I manually change the story? The videos are ridiculous. Find another place for them, and do it now!

  3. Leave things alone! You just changed my layout format from my AOL account using Safari to your horrible, user unfriendly aol format.

    So sad that it looks like I must change to g-mail after Aol suddenly changed my format which is beyond user friendly,

    Horrible, new AOL layout! So user unfriendly! Keep the AOL format intact although even if you do, by then, I may have changed to G-mail after 20+ years with AOL. How dare AOL change this without warning and consultation. I am done with AOL! They will go under now, I'm pretty sure of that! Deservedly so!

  5. Does the feedback work?

    Does this feedback portion of the AOL internet work or is it just a place to complain? Seems like viewing the "how can we improve AOL" ideas, nothing posted has been addressed. Just curious to know if I am just yelling at the wall or not.

  7. Put the F***ing date on each email.

    We are a law firm. We need the COMPLETE date on every email. However, the YEAR is not printed on the printout. We need this for our files.This is NOT acceptable.

  11. Give us a "heads up" when you change the software display(s)!!!!

    Stop changing the software access points without giving us a "HEADS UP" as to what you are doing. As for the "new" AOL mail system -- it SUCKS!!! I speak (type) from over 32 years of IT experience --- and your failures are getting worse every time you "FIX" something in the system.

  16. Don't give unnecessary "labels" to persons in the news

    As a former U.S. Marine Corps officer, I am disgusted by the constant labeling of an apparent murderer as "Marine veteran" when he is referred to in the press. The label is not relevant to the case where this guy is accused of chokeholding to death a fellow passenger on a NY subway recently. Therefore, the label is unnecessary. Marines are not trained to murder innocent persons in combat (or elsewhere). In the news reports, I read that the victim had mental problems, was acting aggressively, but was not touching anyone. To call his alleged murderer a Marine vet is…

    STOP making changes to a customer's AOL account without asking! OFFER a new format, but do not make it mandatory for older customers. Although I shouldn't be surprised given the utter lack of customer service at AOL.
